He may be cleared, but that doesn't mean he can play. He probably lost a ton of strength.
 
Even though Andrews is young he is coming off a serious lung issue.

IMO caution is warranted.

And he wasn't the Biggest Guy to begin with. I would still Draft a Center if I was BB.
