Why? It's the right thing to do.

Exactly. Can’t fathom why anyone would be pissed with this with the results we’ve seen over the last 20 years. What would they rather see, another 5 - 10 picks and a few more losses each year because a guy wasn’t where he should be?

Yeah. As I've said for I don't know how many years now, Brady is the system. He's also the scheme. The offense revolves (well, revolved) around what Brady was seeing, and the receivers seeing the same thing. So, if the receiver isn't making the right (a/k/a Brady expected) adjustments, he's not just useless. He's an actual drag on attempting to win.

I'm not sure what they were expecting or would rather see. I've always just assumed that they didn't know what they were looking at and the posts were based on ignorance. If a receiver can't be trusted to be where Brady needs him to be, Brady throwing the ball there anyway results in the probability of an INT going way, way up. He's just simply not going to do that. He's risk averse, and it's paid off in the form of 6 Super Bowl wins.

Overchatting his marriage to Brazilian babelicious. Haha. Yeah Tom , .that's a tricky situation . Um... That's kinda personal. Mute button. Deployed . channel change. Ug.

Exactly.. it fits right into the master plan of 27th ranked completions, pick 6 v. Miami, losing the bye, 1 and done in playoffs,. And the Final Prize....

Movin on out to the sunshine state. Bubye...! :D

The bigger question is why BB continued to surround him with absolute trash at the WR position. For every decent/above average receiver you can name, there are at least 5 busts from draft picks to FAs. It is really stunning how much Brady won with junk especially compared to the other great QBs.

I don't think the plan was to surround him with trash. Edelman and Branch aside, he has struggled badly at drafting quality wideouts. This has led to the team needing to go the trade/FA route to fill those holes.

Sure. I am not suggesting Bill did it on purpose. Just pointing to the fact of how much Brady has won with terrible WRs compared to the other great QBs. He is also #2 on the all time passing lists just a hair behind Brees so he could feasibly end up with all the major passing records both regular and post-season when he retires which is really unbelievable when you look at the talent he has had to work with.

That's because he's the GOAT. He's so good that he took a guy that had a sub-.500 record as a head coach in the NFL and helped make him the GOAT HC in NFL history.

Up until last season he was still playing with the best TE in football to go with one of the best slot WRs and receiving RBs. Last year minus Gronk hurt no question but for the most part of his 20 years he’s had pretty good offensive weapons.

Ahhh.

Brady has got shafted when it comes to weapons.

Look at what Brees, manning and Rodgers have had the last 20.years and tell me brady got an equal shake?

Gronk withstanding those guys have brady beat at every turn.

Wrong.

Compared to other QBs no question. Manning/Brees and now Mahomes have had better weapons at WR. At wr the only time Brady had similar weapons was Moss/welker and he shattered records.

I think people are just looking at wr and not thinking about TE or receiving types at rb. We made up for the lack of an outside wr with the GOAT TE and really good receiving rbs.

...or they are completely uninformed, are fantasy nerds and have an issue with BB.

I'm not even going to waste my time listing the offensive talent BB has brought in over the last 18 years. Sheesh.

You can’t just dismiss Gronk. He’s one of the biggest mismatches the game has ever seen. Yes those 3 QBs mentioned have had better wrs through their careers but TB had the GOAT TE and had Hernandez to pair for a few years.

Insufferable non sense.

Manning alone has enough studs to field a backup offense better than 80% of what brady worked with with.
NEP have more offensive Pro Bowlers than the Dolts.
