Anyone on keto go stock up on Birdseye Broccoli and carrot florets ...
I cleaned them out I have like 25 bags of that sh!t.
3g carbs and 3gs fiber which = 0 for keto people.
Then stocked up on chicken to fry ... which is also 0 carbs.
You cook the chicken, then throw the shredded in with some small tomatoes.
Onion salt, garlic salt, pepper and paprika and it's a keto dream meal. yum
Massive plate of food that is like 2 carbs and 300 or so calories.
