Could it have been a tribute to Kobe?

Oh....SNAP!

Anyway, back to Brady. I'm not condemning him strongly. There are much worse things someone could be doing. I just preferred the consummate professional version of Brady.

Sure buddy. It doesn’t seem like there’s any passive aggressiveness in between the lines.

Looks like he's walking out onto the field. Tweet doesn't mean anything.

To clear things up for anyone who is confused, "Trending" is when something is being discussed by many people online. The phrase "What does this mean" is currently trending in Massachusetts. The image I posted is suggesting that thousands of people are typing the same phrase in response to the picture that Tom Brady posted.

He’s a man without colors, without a uniform, without a team. He is entering free agency. There is some fear of the unknown and part of this is spooky, leaving the only home field he’s ever played on and entering into “the business” side of the NFL via free agency. No colors, wearing clothes and not a uniform. It isn’t a message about what he’s choosing but what he’s feeling right now. It’s all a mystery to him, just as it is to us.

It is intentionally ambiguous as to which direction he’s going. Why would you think otherwise? Every tiny detail is purposeful in place to show a paradoxical image where he could either be going onto or leaving the field. Retirement is still an option here too.
Then there's the added bit that that appears to be the visiting team entrance to the field. What does going onto the field or leaving it then mean?

It means he needs to hire a new social media person/photoshopper who is aware that there are two entrances.

Million dollar question: would Brady actually be doing this to all of us if he were leaving? I don’t think so, unless he’s really turned into an ***hole.

Reminds me of the ending of John Ford's "The Searchers" with John Wayne framed in the doorway as you hear backround singers singing walk away.

Lol

Sadly, after Kobe’s death “Please God” and “Please No” were some of the trending phrases with several hundred thousand posts.

I really believe the Patriots have already talked to him, and that the parties know where each other stands. They know whether he's going to be in New England or not already. It was never about the money. Length of contract at his regular pay rate (as a % of the cap) is much more important. So, they've either told him they want him back at that rate, or they've said they are moving on.
