I stand by my belief that his main home will be in CT for Gisele and the kids, and he'll temporarily buy/rent another place for the season wherever he ends up signing. He's getting ready for life after football.

If I had to list my top 100 preferred outcomes for next season, numbers 1 through 99 would involve Brady still being here.

But if I'm being honest with myself, there is that 1% of me that is SUPER curious what it will look like with him gone, and what Belichick's strategy will be to cope with it. He went 11-5 with Matt Cassel, with that being an emergency situation they didn't plan for. I would want to see how they try to build the team, and what method they use to find a replacement QB (even if it's not meant to be the longterm successor).

Again though, that's a small part of me that would be interested from a storyline perspective. And, should it happen, I fully expect to be raked over the coals in a "careful what you wish for" fashion.

we all knew this day would come. TB12 said he'll leaves when he sucks. Maybe he didn't suck in 2019 but he surely didn't play like the old GOAT. His old man said it will be ugly, but maybe we'll dodge that drama. I figure he'll meet with BB over the next month to figure out how the rebuilt roster might look and whether he'll suck or not with it... Then decide if he wants to retire as a Pat or take his new level of play to another team where he can extend his career as he builds his after-football brand.

In fairness to Tom, Gisele absolutely needs to be involved in the decision. I've had jobs in which travel globally was extensive and I sure as hell didn't make the decision unilaterally. If I did Mrs RW would kill me.

I do think her primary focus is his health and happiness, what will make him happy moving forward, he is treated like he deserves and he gets out of it what he puts into it.

Is that with the Patriots in 2020? Only Tom can answer that and I'm willing to bet Gisele will be asking those same questions and if Tom is not truthful with her or changes his mind after he signs the deal......she will kill him.
