Titans @ Ravens thread

Just had to sign on to say I cannot believe how much I enjoyed watching harbaugh and the ravens get smashed in the mouth. Go Tennessee!!! Go Vrabel! Go Henry!!

I hate the Ravens franchise, but reading their forum, their fans don’t seem that bad. Seems to be a lot of knowledgeable posters and not many acting like idiots. The chiefs forum on the other hand? Pathetic

I didn’t catch any football yesterday but this result made my day. F U Harbaugh.

this Titans team is built to beat KC. they can run the ball and shorten the game...and oh, kansas city has the worst run defense in the league.

KC should stack the box. Go all out to stop Henry. Not sure why Baltimore didn't do that.

This is great. Now I really don't have anyone to cheer against in the Playoffs. Whoever wins is of no concern. Chiefs fans may get annoying but they weren't nearly as obnoxious as Ravens fans (and their "historic" team).
Tyreek Hill does not deserve to sniff a Superbowl

A few things that crossed my mind as I went through most of this thread.

-He still has time to improve his passing, but Lamar Jackson is another in a long line of running QBs that have failed to win it all.
-I remember many on this forum scoffing at the notion that Ryan Tannehill could be a good QB.
-The curse of Defamegate continues.
- I know the kid is young, but Jackson needs to work on his maturity.
- Is BGC Jackson's agent?
- It looks like Jackson is off to a good start to pursue PEDton's one and done record.
- It hasn't happened yet, but there can't be anyone who predicted that there'd be an AFC title game between the Texans and Titans.

grandissimi Titans...chapeau...bravissimi - complimenti...what a win...:eek::eek::eek:

Let's do the playoffs.
Watson, 1-1 record, 49 of 74 for 66.2%, 2 TD 1 INT, 87.8 QBR, Sack% 11.9.
Jackson, 0-2 record, 45 of 88 for 51.1%, 3 TD 3 INT, 68.3 QBR, Sack % 11.1

a 2 game sample size! Wow! Insightful!

Once Brady retires, you are going to get more "odd" Super Bowls where you have AFC teams that no one predicts to be in the SB actually make it...Brady leaving will eliminate or greatly reduce the non-competitive balance of the AFC.

Peyton was 0-3 in his first three playoffs and had 9 1 and dones... I don’t think Jackson can play that many years. But he’s got a shot at going 0 for 3

FU, Earl.

Yeah, since 2003, the only QBs in the Super Bowl from the AFC have been Brady, Big Ben, and Peyton (with one outlier from Joe Flacco, lol).

That’s insane (so much for parity). Those days are over and I agree we’re gonna see more random teams get hot and make it to the Super Bowl like what happens in the NFC (2010s had 9 different teams in 8 seasons).

I guess there’s a chance the AFC could be represented only by Mahomes, Jackson, or Watson the next decade but doubtful.

Either Tony Romo said it on the broadcast last week or it was on one of the local shows - Matt Lafleur was Vrabel's OC last season who worked with McVay as his OC in 2017. Vrabel shared some insight into that style of offense.

I think just our division next year, even if we retain Brady, is up for grabs. I could see a case for any of the 4 teams winning it, especially with the NFC West as the out of conference opponent. It is more doubtful that jets or Dolphins could get to the top, BUT I could see either going 9-7, and I could see 9-7 winning it, so....

Division is absolutely up for grabs, especially since we play each division winner and the other AFC East teams do not. I guess they play NE twice so it evens out, but division games are always tough.

Yeah, having the NFC West as the division we play makes for a rough schedule for all of us and introduces a lot of variance. That’s a tough slate.

I'm still scoffing. Real easy to hand the ball off to a guy that's having arugably the greatest hot streak for a RB ever.

He has 29 passes and 150 yards on 51% passing in the playoffs. And it's not like he hasn't had some of the games he's had this year when he was in Miami.

There is none, obviously. This Bacon guy also insinuated me calling Jackson's tackle tonight "dirty garbage" was racist. o_O

I've read five posts from him in here and in four of them he's telling others they don't know anything about football. Cool guy.
Sorry Delicate Genius but you're talking about the Forum Resident Genius (FRG).

He's so cool, he wishes he had a 12 inch d$*^k. LMFAO
