"Sentimentality" has little do with with how this team operates.. after a 12 & 4 Season things are hardly "F'ed up"... in case you forget the trade of JG had to do with salary cap issues as they could not have retained both Brady who was under contract and pay JG at the same time... if they did they would have great QB corps, that would be about it..

As far as sentimentality Lawyer Milloy, Richard Seymour and Logan Mankins all wish you their best...

You’re making my point. Kraft didn't interfere with Milloy, Seymour or Mankins. If he didn't interfere with BB's plan to transition to JG, the Pats window would be open for another 5 to 10 years. It was a colossal mistake & it was entirely attributable to Kraft listening to his heart & not his head.

The Ron Rivera deal is done. He has reached an agreement to become the new coach of the Redskins, according to a source familiar with negotiations

Since the JG trade the pats have been to 3 Super Bowls and won 2 of them. You tell me again how this was some colossal mistake?

I see someone believes Seth Wickersham

It's 2 Superblows. The trade was in 2017. They would have won last year with JG. They'd have a better chance of winning this year with JG & they'd have at least another 5 year window if they still had JG.

JG was Young to Brady's Montana. He was a perfect fit for this offense. The Pats always thrived on making a move 1 year to early, not one year too late. They strayed badly from the philosophy
& they are going to pay a big price for it. And the frustrating part is that BB knew it & Kraft had to interfere. Just like he did when we lost Parcells. The guy should just lose himself in the Orchids of Asia & let BB run the team.

Take that crap to another thread, troll.

My bad your correct 2 Super Bowls.

And you just assume that JG would’ve gotten us past KC in arrowhead? I have my doubts about that one.

Baylor HC Matt Rhule declined the chance to interview for the Cleveland Browns head coaching job, per league sources. Rhule is expected to be a leading candidate for the Giants’ and Panthers’ HC jobs.

Skins might not complete their front office changes until after the draft. Ron Rivera likely to retain Kevin O'Connell on offensive side of ball and have Steve Wilks and Al Holcomb with him on defense

Kontra's going to love this one:

#Jaguars coach Doug Marrone and GM Dave Caldwell will return in 2020, I’m told.

Statement from #Jaguars owner Shad Khan on the return of Doug Marrone and Dave Caldwell in 2020. It was leaning that way even before Sunday’s win, which was certainly a good sign that players still are behind Marrone.

Rex Ryan getting passed over for a Head Coach job is a mistake.

His next team will win the Super Bowl.

Cowboys and Jason Garrett are scheduled to meet at noon CT today, per sources. Resolution likely, but not definite. Expectation continues to be Garrett and Dallas will part ways, but the Cowboys are run as a family, Garrett has been a part of family, and it’s hard to part ways.

Soon-to-be Redskins’ HC Ron Rivera is expected to target former Jaguars’ and Raiders’ HC Jack Del Rio as his new defensive coordinator in Washington, per sources. He is the leading candidate.
