Chris Simms needs attention

Ahahaha. Chis Simms. I'm surprised he didn't put himself and his dad first. That is all.

He sucks and should not even be given a platform for his sh!tty opinion. It’s amazing how these idiots get jobs.

Depending on what metrics he was using for his grading, you could make the argument he is (I.e. Arod has talents as a QB - mobility, down field accuracy, that supersede TB12s “talents”) which don’t translate necessarily on the W/L table.

Like is said in many of the NFLN shows when they talk about TB12 and the draft, what makes him the best ever isn’t something you can quantitatively measure and touch. You can’t grade out his will to win nor his competitive fire nor his mind for the game from within the system he plays.

Having said all of that, and knowing his schtick, I won’t give him the benefit of the doubt and conclude that Chris Simms is continuing to play the role of “Football Pundit who could only be a pundit in modern times because we live in the Age of Troll”

This is a troll job. There are a few combinations you can debate, but Rodgers at 1 is not one of them.

AR is a talented QB. However, you could make a logical argument that he’s one of the most overrated QBs ever.

Sorry but I'll wait for BB's top Qb list over this brain-dead, trolling jackass's.

It's Simms. He's been downplaying Brady for years, and he says silly **** in order to get viewer/reader response, no matter the sort.

Like Kellerman and the big-nosed guy on Fox, he's not to be taken seriously.

Rodgers is really great about making the very difficult, almost impossible to complete throw, requiring amazing arm talent.

What the dullards don't notice is that he often forces himself into having to make such a very difficult, almost impossible to complete throw because he didn't read the defense properly in the first place and therefore did not make the routine, equally effective, and less difficult throw that a much more cerebral guy like Brady would make, 100% of the time. The kind of play that WINS.

Simms list was embarrassingly bad, but we all expected this. At last he’s consistent. Florio’s list was almost as embarrassing. Another “all-time rankings” list that begins in 1987. Florio: I’ll just throw a couple of names like Unitas, Graham, or Staubach at the end of the list to prove I’ve covered all of history.

Went onto Twitter to get a few laughs...sure enough “Best QBs of All-Time” is Brady, Manning, Brees, Rodgers, Montana, Elway, Marino, Favre, and pick two old-timers for #9-10.

Elway at #2 is a much bigger outrage than Brady at #3 or Rodgers at #1. As far as I know he's basically Joe Namath 2. Ridiculous cult of personality + won at least one ring = overrated for eternity.

I always rank Elway really really low in my rankings because all I can remember is years and years of drilling balls into the ground. He was basically Josh Allen with better ability to read a defense, and with slightly better running ability. A perennial loser until Denver decided to illegally chop block DLs and send [plug his name in] to 1,000 yard rushing seasons.

looks good to me

Manning, Bradshaw and Favre seem too low

also wondering where Eli is

Any list without Brady at #1 and Montana at #2 is a waste of my time. People forget that Montana was considered the GOAT for about 20 years. He was as clutch as they come and crushes forehead. I’d put Elway above Forehead any day!

Simms is looking for attention & of course he got a ton of it. Brady at 3 & Elway that high is insane.

His #1 QB of all time is less than .500 on the road.

I know it’s a team game, but that has to be an automatic disqualification for GOAT consideration.

Rodgers home: 71-18
Rodgers away: 43-46

Brady home: 120-20
Brady away: 98-45
