“We’re onto Buffalo...”

That was a helluva play.

Way-too-early-take but I think the kid will help in the playoffs.

It's just refreshing to see Brady hit a guy mid range/deep in stride for the most part, to the point the WR isn't waiting on it.

It's a 1st read look, man on man, and just let your superior player go up and get it. Good lord, it's what fans have been whining for BB tp get for Brady and what a lot of other teams simply do with their young WRs.

Again, with Moss, he didn't run a ton of routes here. He basically took on doubles, and if they doubled Welker, Brady would just throw it up in the air.

Oh no

If this team is viewed primarily from the prism of offense then there is a ton to be concerned about. I prefer to focus on the best defense in the league and excellent special teams. Assume they will need to have a positive turnover ratio to make it to the Super Bowl and the offense will need to take advantage of some shirt fields. Won't be easy but they are more than capable of beating anyone at home and would have at least a punchers chance in KC or Baltimore. They've overcome tougher odds than this in the past.

The patriots are the same team they were last week.

We just beat the worst team in the NFL.

That being said, it is good to see the offense have an OK game. If you think they had better, consider the score at the half, and where we would have been if there were no turnovers.
Brady completed 52% of passes against the worst team in the NFL and required a heavy dose of high % LOS completions to RBs to achieve 52%.

Week 15 and BB has come to some conclusions (Pats locker room post game)

“Alright, fellas. That was getting back to good Patriots football there,” Belichick said. “Plus-five turnovers, alright? Taking good care of the football, four picks and a fumble recovery. One hundred and seventy-five yards on the ground, alright? Making progress, making progress. That will be a winning formula: don’t turn the ball over, run the ball, play good in the kicking game, play good defense, alright? That’ll win for us.”

He also had some awful throws, that, again, are not the norm.

The players were wide open when he missed them. I don't think it's good odds to pretend he'll continue to miss wide open WRs or RBs like that.

I think most of us are in agreement he needs to be better. Not turning it over, few penalties, have always upped the odds for winning, not just this year, dude.

He's mentioning that as positive reinforcement, you know, because it's true.

And lastly, McDoofus didn't panic in a lower scoring game like he usually does, getting away from the run game, which is huge.

What exactly about his post game speech is wrong?

I understand your frustration with the offense but thanks to their pass rush Cinci's pass D is better than people realized.

Injuries taking a toll on 2 of our offensive weapons. I don’t expect Jones to play on D.

Even after it got taken away he converted the 1st down on the next play, but the drive ended up stalling and they turned it over on downs on the CIN36 but you have to wonder had Edelman not flinched and the play stood does that momentum lead to a TD on the drive instead of turn over on downs

These are the things people ignore when they read box scores or beat reporter cherry picked stats.

Absolutely correct. Stats can certainly be supportive of the eye test. They can also be used to detract from the eye test.

I am simply stating facts
No, you are trolling. You dredge up a little info and then serve it with negative spin, or isolate a negative stat and tell everyone how bad things are. Real fans don't do what you do. EVERYTHING you post is negative.

Can you include worthless next to everything? I feel that's important to note.

GFY Ron.

I want this win to shut up the bills mafia. 42 page thread on their board saying all the teams SB titles are tainted and BB should be banned for life.

I wouldn't stress about it too much, they don't even sound like real people. They do love them some Tom Brady and leg breaking over there though. Must be a thing in Buffalo to get together and beat the **** out of each other.

That is a rare straight forward statement from BB. Goes to how bad Brady's elbow must be.
