Once I saw the "Spygate 2.0" tape this weekend -- it was so minor -- I couldn't help but think I've seen similar, if not worse, sideline camera shots in the All 22. See below.
The Chicago Bears came to mind right away; the sideline camera angle in all their home games points directly at the opposing sideline. That's probably the most blatant I've seen; it's in all their games (I first noticed this when trying to see how teams beat the Rams before last year's Super Bowl).
The Medowlands was another I thought of; both Jets and Giants games have the scoreboard camera pointed at the sideline. Most games aren't that bad when it comes to zooming in, but I found one (vs Buffalo, wk 3 2013). Dig through their tapes, you'll see more.
If anyone else wants to dig through the All 22; I know I've seen way more from other teams, too. It's not often, but I know I've seen (personnel?) signals getting sent sent out on the All 22 more than once (if the camera shot doesn't cut away too quick). Every time I see such an shot/angle, I can't help but think how overblown spygate was; these cameras can pick up anything in the entire stadium.
