LOL at the 49ers

Agreed its a toss up between them two rn w us not that far behind but you can't deny what they bring to the table rn.

Playoffs could be as open as they've been in a while if we don't pick it up.

We still have Bill & Brady who will unload every clip they have before defeat.

yup 2 very explosive QBs that are extremely tough to defend with the weapons they have around them. And 2 very different styles of attacking. Imagine having to prepare for one of them and then having to prepare for the other the next week. Could very well happen. Atleast the ravens won’t be the first matchup in such a scenario.

Yeah, this team may be a bit overrated.

Pats certainly don't have a loss anywhere close to being this bad.
Texans loss wasn't pretty, considering the Texans got smoked at home the following week by Drew Lock.

I think SF would beat us by more than a TD, so I’m not laughing at them at all. They lost a trap game on a final play replay review. Maybe I’m missing something.

49ers are definitely not the automatic favorite that people thought. Top 3 NFC team though.

If the Cowboys make it they have the talent to get there. Good thing their coaching sucks. They are loaded with talent everywhere.

So the Falcons know Shanahan but he doesn't know them ?

Where is the logic here? It cuts both ways.

The reality is that the 49ers were up 5 with 1:40 to go at home and couldn't find a way to stop Julio Jones.

Make them at least beat you with their 2nd/3rd options.
The 49er defense has not been nearly as good lately as they were early in the season.
They allowed 11 ppg the first 7 and now 25.9 in the last 7.

They've had some injuries at LB and in the secondary.

Niners arent overrated though. Dont forget the Falcons also took one off the saints. Trap games happen.

pats losing to Miami last year is perfect example

Falcons still get paid to play football. It's not like the 49ers lost to Nashoba Valley Tech.

And, as many others have pointed out, we lost handily to Detroit and Tennessee last year, and neither of them made the playoffs. We still went on to win. These things happen, it's how teams respond to it that defines their season.

Woa. Didn't realize they IR'd Jones. Plus Ford is breaking down.
Yeah, don't know if they will be able to withstand all those losses on D. Fully healthy I think they had the best D in the NFL. Granted they still have some talent on D, but they have taken a lot of hits.

NVT finished with a better winning % than what the Falcons currently have.

If anything, that just disproves the transitive property when applied to the NFL.

In the Nfl no win is guaranteed...every week there is an upset...a surprise...the beauty of this sport

Remember when the pats in 2012 lost to the Cards at home whom finished 5-11 or losing to the Browns in 2010? Hell even losing to the Eagles at home in 2015 too.

Things could change, but at this moment i wouldn't like our chances if we had to play the 49ers right now. The 49ers are a dangerous team and nothing to laugh at.
