I’ve officially gone to the dark side...he’s publicly apologized multiple times and potentially lost $ millions from his actions. I forgive his past...I’ve done worse.

Suckaz!!!!!!!!!!

48 Hours Later.........

Is there anyone that believes he wrote even a single word of that post? Come on now lol

That being said, I still want him back on the team.

Me too.

Doesn’t Seattle have a LB that was indicted on federal charges and has played the damn near entire season?

If he is let back in without the exempt list designation, he is free to go to highest bidder? Not sure if we have any claim to him?
He’s a UFA. He can sign with anybody right now. (If signing him is such a no-brainer one might ask oneself why no team, especially teams on the playoff bubble, has signed him.)

I recall as soon as the Pats released him his agent said multiple teams were interested.

Oh, his agent said that? Must be true then...

I smell a thumbs down from you but here goes. The real risk for signing ab is cap space. Most owners are so rich burning money is not a huge concern. Cap space is a huge concern for every team. If you sign him and he goes nuts or lands on the exempt list you can ruin your cap situation. We already have him counting 5 mil on our cap this year and 5 mil next year. Therefore we are in the unique position of only losing money if we sign him.

Thing is that EVERYONE would have already signed him IF they felt he could be signed without being automatically placed on exempt list or suspended..IF he could be signed....he would be signed..and if he got on certain rosters....it would be automatic Super Bowl.....I would beg Krafty on hands and knees to get him back here....but there is a reason no one is making a move on him!

This is the point.

Losing money *and* cap space.

Anything NE pays him on a new contract will count against the cap above and beyond the cap hit from the first contract.

Imagine Kraft on his death bed, looking back on Brady leaving - and possibly winning his final SB somewhere else (like a team with receivers): "Well, I ran off the GOAT, pissed away my chance at surpassing the Steelers in SB wins, and won the undying hatred of Pats fans around the globe for above...but at least I showed that AB what was what and kept heat off my massage mess."

Sign him already. Maybe we can trick goodell, sign dez but lock him in the offices of kraft, dress AB in his uniform and no one will know!

How’s that for a slice of fried gold?

Will this room be located somewhere in southern Florida —owned by Asians? If zo, any room for one more? ;-)

Just imagine if the team has an early playoff exit because the offense sputters. Ian might as well pull the plug on this place if that happens.
There would be only Solution if that ever happened.

Gift certificates for everyone to the same massage parlor Kraft was busted in. Want to personally see what the hype was all about.

Your lord and savior AB doesn’t mean more to the GOAT than Belichick kraft and the franchise that he has won 6 titles with.
His own father just said he would never want to play anywhere else.

And yet no one has signed him, despite it being a supposed no-brained to sign him. Funny that.

Yeah, I mean this is the killer with Brown and any argument about signing him. You have a guy who's a Hall of Famer in his prime, yet unlike, say, Kareem Hunt (a good but not special running back who was taped kicking his girlfriend) he hasn't been signed by anyone. Pretty clear he's not available as a football player right now.

Interesting group denial. For months.
