I heard that Edelman has now been listed with a shoulder injury, N'Keal Harry ankle injury, and Sanu and Dorsett are doubtful for Dallas due to... that's right injuries. So Tom Brady is literally going to throw to the guys from Dorchester that Skip keeps talking about? What in the world is going on here. No tight ends, we knew that. But now no wide receivers.

Are the Pats just going to run I-formation against Dallas and run it up the middle with Michel? Oh but I forgot, we don't have a Fullback either due to... injuries.

The Patriots are the Walking Wounded. BB might have to resort to necromancy and revive some long dead zombie wide receivers just so Brady has targets to throw to this upcoming Sunday. Someone tell me it isn't as bad as it looks, and try to be convincing!

Kind of makes me wish they hadn't traded away Josh Gordon and cut Demaryius Thomas so quickly...

Matthew Slaters time to shine.

Dorsett practiced in a limited fashion today. Nothing certain yet but there's a chance he plays. I'm guessing Edelman's injury isn't enough to keep him out of the game. Edelman, Dorsett, Harry (with the first game out of the way), and Meyers. Not world beaters by any stretch, but far from no one.

Yup

I don't think that we'll lose because of the lack of receivers. He'll likely have the following targets available

Edelman (probably)
Dorsett ( probably)
Meyers
Harry
White
Burkhead
Watson
LeCosse

That's 8.

There are lots of other reasons why we MIGHT lose

run defense
pass blocking
run blocking
effectiveness of runs by running backs

It's the NFL and there's a 53 man roster. You can't be prepared for any and all injuries at every position.

Unless I missed it, nobody has said a word this season about us trading Keion Crossen. But I'm sure many would be calling it a regrettable trade right now if Jason McCourty had flamed out and Gilmore, Jones and Jackson were limited in practice this week.

These Homers are unreal its embarrassing.

Wish we had a receiver like Hopkins or Jones

And to think the Patriots COULD have been going into this game with edelman, Antonio Brown, Josh gordon, and demarious Thomas or Dorsett at receiver...

Instead it's likely edelman, two rookies, perhaps a concussed Dorsett, and some guy #10 from the practice squad

Meh....still 9-1, a credit to the Brilliant coach Belichick.

Yep. Brutal.

I hear Dez Bryant is available.
Dez Bryant doesn’t even know when he’ll allow us mere mortals the opportunity to see him play again. He’s still deciding if it’s the right time.

Edelman Harry and Myers lmao. My goodness from Edelman Brown and Gordon we’re left with that.

Screw you Bob.

If the best ability is availability than a tip of the hat to Jakobi Meyers. IIRC he hasn’t been on an injury report all year. He’s the only receiver who can say that.
