Brady is still excellent, if not still the best in the league. However, all of this success by former offensive skill players makes me think maybe Josh McDaniels and Brady as the conductor aren't trying to force square pegs into round holes.

It is embarrassing that Gordon looked like a ghost with the Patriots this year and suddenly alive tonight. Either there are some locker room issues hurting the offense or we're not maximizing guys on offense to the same extent we have on defense.

Gordon was admittedly injured, if not to the IR level, this season. And to the eye test he wasn’t exactly getting separation or making plays consistently at all. I can recall one fantastic catch, sideline way high, and that’s it. He caught 2 balls tonight, I think we can safely slow the “What is BB doing?” takes.
