NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION Week 10: Other Games Thread

Saw that safety coming a freaking mile away in Pittsburgh. Why do teams do playaction inside their own 5 yard line

Current AFC situation:

Pats 1 loss
Ravens 2
Bills/Texans 3
Everyone else 4 or more

Next week: Ravens vs Texans

If we win against the Eagles and the Ravens win, a bye becomes highly probable. If the Texans win, a win against them a few weeks later would make home field highly probable.

What a great turn of events this weekend! Now let’s win next week.

These QB’s can’t do the playaction/spin around/Fire a screen pass in 1 second like Brady can, that’s for sure

I seriously can't stand Panthers fans. I can't believe I'm cheering for Packers to win.

They're so douchey and obnoxious. They still think Cam is a top 10 QB and everyone rides McCaffrey's nuts.

I'm guessing you must live amongst them.

2nd week in a row AV has cost the colts a win, damn!

He did his best to make it 3 weeks in a row with 2 missed kicks in the game 3 weeks ago. Only reason the Colts needed his game winner was because he screwed up twice before that.

Yep, and even the GOAT fell prey to it in the 2011 SB, kind of an obscure call by the refs but it's still a really bad idea IMO

Wasn't sure the game you were referring to but looked it up, yeah I remember now being pissed Denver didn't steal that one, but thankfully it no longer matters now with Indy getting their 4th loss now

I hope you are not referring to the 2pt play. Whatever gives you higher probability to win makes sense to do as it will benefit you over time. Ignore outcomes evaluate the process.

As a gambling thread regular you should be sympathetic to it.

I am talking about that. It’s not about the outcome. Just kick the XP. I hated it before they even went for it.

The crappy thing is that the Texans and Ravens play next week. I guess we pull for Houston?

Maybe the Pats spanking the Big Ben Steelers in week one was more impressive than at first glance. Have the give them credit as they are playing hard (as hard as that is to say)

You have to root for Houston in this case

Nothing better than football in the snow

I have to say, Rudolph throws a nice looking ball. Kid looks legit.

Tuck rule time for PITT. LOLz.

Would actually really enjoy watching a Ravens-Chiefs playoff game . . . just as long as it's not the AFCCG

That would mean facing one of them in the title game instead of say HOU.

I'm guessing you must live amongst them.

Social media doesn't exist where you're from? I mean, not even Twitter or Facebook? Either that, or you don't join any fantasy groups or chats

The Rams left Gurley on the bench 2 crucial drives in a row and did nothing on either drive, right after he sparked basically their only good drive of the game. Huge mismanagement, I can understand a breather on maybe one drive but now they're left with 2:40 and need a TD.

and we play PHI, DAL, HOU and KC and then BUF (division games are never easy)

We need to match their number of losses (0r do better). It's that simple. I don't think that their schedule is tougher than ours.

.

Ravens have Texans, Rams, and 49ers remaining. They likely lose one of those games. Than they get Steelers and Browns. Division games are never easy.
