He is still looking to play and was pretty productive last year.....might be worth a look
Report: Raiders work out two short-yardage running backs
He seemed to have decent year last year in Detroit and is still a FA and knows our system.....was wondering if he has anything left (injuries etc) and if so whether they would be able to utilize him as a FB?! Thx
Jeremy Hill. His weight has been between 230-240 during his career. He's a good pass blocker...might be ok run blocking as well if given the chance...he can catch too.
I bet LeGarrette's between 240-250 as well. CJ Anderson? Eddie Lacy is 250.
Funny but I have to say Folk looked pretty good. I'm not sure yet this year we have two FGs/PATs that split the uprights/looked like good kicks(to be fair Gost was obviously injured) until Sunday night.
IMHO BB needs to put Folk in on some long kicks (preferably when game is in hand). We need to see this guy's mental capability in that game situation. Pretty much every pro kicker can kick a ball long enough to make a 45 yard FG. It's do they have the mental part down to do it is the question.
Actually you’re right, Folk was hitting them very straight.
But the visual of Blount kicking field goals would far outweigh any of the negatives, such as misses.
