It's because he left... Having him in the first place caused roster havoc
Nonsense. What you're posting doesn't even begin to make sense.
Having him didn't cause roster havoc. Having him led to a better roster, where the WR group was significantly improved, by just one addition.
What you're trying to argue is that having him was a 1:1 with losing him. That's obviously not true. Cutting him was a choice, not a requirement.
Sorry clearly you are an ab apologist who can't realize that caused releasing dt... And likely watson. Very little caproom now. Brady and crew basically took the preseason off... Ton of injuries and roster turnover... No surprise they are functioning the way they are... But they'll figure it out
You're jumping all over the place.
While you claim it's about "realizing", it's about speculating. And, yes, I've speculated that cutting AB, and thus needlessly re-creating a holw at WR, may have led to the need to let Watson go.
Lastly, the Patriots didn't sign Brown until September, after the team had gone through the entire offseason and had set the roster. So adding one WR at that point, and that WR being the team's new WR1/WR2, sure as hell didn't cause roster havoc.
If you want to rail against Brown, rail against him for legitimate reasons. He's a jerk with a temper issue, doesn't pay his bills, and may be a criminal in regards to his behavior towards at least one woman. But, if you want to cry about so-called roster havoc, that's where railing against Kraft, for making the decision to needlessly cut Brown before all the evidence was available, comes in.
