It wasn't a "RASH" decision. You clearly didn't pay attention to Kraft when he flat out stated that the team would never have signed Brown had he told them about the 1st accusation. When the 2nd one broke and when Brown did what he was told not to do by sending messages to the 2nd accuser (including a picture of her kids), he gave the Patriots no choice but to cut him.

You seem to be forgetting that the Patriots cut ties with Christian Peter just weeks after drafting him when rape allegations came out.

You seem to be forgetting that the Patriots cut ties with Willie Andrews when he was arrested for domestic violence, dope, and an illegal firearm.

Why does it surprise anyone that the Patriots cut ties with Brown when he lied by omission by not telling them about the 1st allegation and his antics regarding the 2nd allegation?

you seem to forget the Pats traded for and extended Corey Dillon who was a known domestic abuser at the time of acquisition. You seem to forget the Pats traded for and resigned Aqib Talib who had multiple off field issues and multiple arrests.

Because the NFL doesn't want him playing for anyone this year. Probably both because they don't want the bad PR and #MeToo stuff that'll be going crazy if he plays and also because the NFL wants to punish him for shooting his way out of town in PIT and OAK (esp OAK). If NFL players start acting like NBA players re: picking teams, that will cause major damage to the NFL.

That’s BS! This is all allegations. No proof nada. The Britney Taylor accusation is he said she said and she already lied about the type of relationship they had. The nfl
found nothing when they interviewed her. That’s my opinion. They had no problems moving on with Big Ben in 2009 although i feel this is a lot different. I think brown would have been playing right now had he not talked to the painter. Some saw it as a threat others did not. I think brown needs some help mentally but the guy should be playing football right now.

Again allegations without any proof. They didn’t give a stink about a guy who has a history of domestic violence and where there’s a video of a threat. I doubt metoo would get involved unless there was actual evidence. The painter stuff was ridiculous. The guy wanted to move on from that and then a writer does his homework and makes sure it’s printed out on a well known sports magazine. I would be livid as well.
