30 days is reasonable, especially when you know you incurred the toll.

For me that's the problem. The toll roads in MA are not clearly marked and many times I don't know when I'm using one. I despise the idea of paying to use a road that's being paid for at exorbitant costs.

Well it has to be paid for somehow. Why wouldn’t the fairest way to pay for a road be to charge users? Would you rather they just increases everyone’s income tax?
I don’t spend a ton of time in mass but everywhere I’ve driven it’s well identified that it’s a toll road.
