Attitudes like this is why some teams never improve. They could have easily stopped the Bears from "marching" down the field with 30 sec left but instead here we are with people blaming a questionable/bad call.
How do you stop an opponent from moving the ball on offense when the officials are calling personal fouls on clean plays where you've stopped the opponent from moving the ball on offense? You don't, by definition, since that moves the ball. Other than that play, the Bears only positive yard play on that drive was a 4th down completion that barely got them to within field goal range. Without that call, the Bears have to go another 15 yards, and they lose the game.
What is the excuse for the other 59 minutes ?
They held their opponent to just 13 points in the other 59 minutes.
