Jaguars Jalen Ramsey asks for trade..

The guy has potential but the facts are that Ramsey will cost more than just a 1st, has been average in 2 of his 3 seasons in the league, is a head case and wants a big new contract as soon as he is moved.

Unless my corners are terrible I wouldn't take him on.

If he was a complete corner he could play both ways including zone.

This would be potentially interesting if Jason McCourty were moveable at this point.

I would love for the Patriots to get him. He would fit our system really well with as much straight man as we play. I would only hesitate to do it cause it could cost a first for a player who wouldn't be in our long term plans. They can't afford to pay both Gilmore and Ramsay.

If he can be had for a 2nd or 3rd though? I would jump on it for the one year rental and figure out the ramifications later. Keeping him away from KC would be worth it alone.

No reason to grab him
We dont need the headache

As to your first point: he would be an upgrade over at least every current Patriots CB not named Gilmore, so there would obviously be a reason to grab him. Your second point is something that would be up to BB & Co. But, it doesn't matter, as Jason McCourty's new deal makes it a non-starter.

So... The Jets, then?

His cap hit for the rest of the year is only like $3m.

Our secondary is good already. Send him to the NFC.

Honestly if he were every bit as much of an ******* but played OL or TE I’d be all for getting him. But we don’t need no CB and I’d rather keep our powder dry.

Jets make the most sense but I don't think he would want to go there.

It’s 2019 !!! The strategy is : be more and more outrageous and people will forget the first one !

Even Coughlin can't put that dumpsters out. How far the Jaguars have fallen. Sorry Jaylen but we are pretty strong at that position wish you were a O-lineman.

Our newly drafted 2nd round CB can’t even get on the field. Not a position we need to trade for currently.

9ers could be calling. Their D is looking good so far but depth at CB isn’t great.

Chiefs should be calling.

Green Bay as well.

Interest?

Do the chiefs try and acquire him?

He wants to be traded because he told the coach to throw a challenge flag, he chose not to and Ramsey went ballistic on him.
No thanks.
