Antonio Brown

I want Antonio Brown to pull the cover off the banner. I want him to sign his contract at the 50 yard line pregame. I want to rub it into the Steelers faces as much as humanly possible. I just hate that franchise so much.

I want the Patriots to put a picture of him on the Jumbotron whenever the Steelers have the ball.

The Patriots can have anyone on the sidelines they want. All he needs is a credential issued by the team.
No, I think I saw something about not being allowed on the sideline until he's an official member of the team. However I can't image why he wouldn't be allowed in the stadium as a spectator...probably in Kraft's box.

All that being said, this has probably been a distraction to tonight's game already. Having AB at the stadium will only make it bigger. I'm guessing he won't actually show up until Monday when they make it official.

I am leaning towards this, I just think most of us would love to see the Steelers having to watch him.

People are not upset because they think this is going to fail, but because they are afraid it is going to work.

By people do you mean Pats fans or the rest of the whining country?

He really is a pious wanker.
You are right of course, but in this case Tony is saying the right thing. It's up to the "patriot way" to put AB back on the right path.

I think the man has mental health issues. As such, if he lasts 3 weeks, I think he will last 3 months. he MIGHT respond very well to mature experienced fellow players like Slater, McCourty, Brady etc, BUT if he IS Bipolar, then nothing anyone does will move the needle, it is just when, not if, he breaks and acts out. Of course as a Pats Fan., I hope he can hold his water for one year, get a ring, then leave for huge money elsewhere. NOTHING would surprise me.

Sure but he's like those annoying social media **** heads who have an opinion on everything and it absolutely, must, be broadcast.

BTW- this hasn't been mentioned yet, but Kudos to Nick Casserio and his team for putting this together. BB may be the one who made the decision to get the player, but after that it was the FO that had to make it work for the cap, and all the logistics that go into an NFL signing. Remember with this deal was first reported, Bill was on the practice field with his team focused on the Steelers.

I haven't seen Nick's name mentioned to date. It should be, because somehow he fit a $15MM contract into $6MM of cap space.

Well to be fair, they are a lot like us, only with more Twitter followers! My opinion must be heard! Some more than others.

According to most of the country they had 4 days to make it happen since we were behind the whole thing.

This is all part of Caserio’s master plan to sabotage the Patriots so he can join the Texans next year, remember? ;)

Report is Pats offered a 1st round pick for Brown before the Steelers took a 3 & a 5 from the Raiders.

Not sure if it will be a magnificent success (successful in the system) or colossal failure (doesn't fit in the system or doesn't get enough targets). Doesn't seem like it will be in the middle all that much.

But, T.O. invited me over for some popcorn and I might actually take him up on it this time.

If anyone is still doubting AB's football IQ, these clips should get them excited. Here Brown shows he has the ability to read the defense and reacts. Watch how he sits in zone- the space he finds is uncanny. Only Edelman has the ability to do this better. This is something Cooks couldn't do if a gun was put to his head:

Let's be real, anyone could drop into the right spot on that clip. It's not complicated. o_O
