Man the Blues suck at PP.
It’s to the point where I wish a rule was in place to decline the penalty to keep it 5 on 5.

I don't disagree that he takes it too far, I disagree the Bruins' victories are tainted by it as I quoted. Also, Toronto fans and media, dems sum b*tches.Sorry but that writer is right. Brad Marchand is a cheap-shot taking POS. I am not one of those people who will ignore the obvious because of the laundry he wears.
If he played for any other team, you’d agree with me.
Has a team won the Stanley Cup yet?
Oh I agree with you there. Nothing tainted about these victories. If you want to see tainted victories, you'd have to look at San Jose.I don't disagree that he takes it too far, I disagree the Bruins' victories are tainted by it as I quoted. Also, Toronto fans and media, dems sum b*tches.
Kinda how Gronk hit a defenseless player in the head. Unless they kill someone, fans like defending their own and I kinda get it.Yeah there’s never any fights or chippy-ness in football.
Marchand is a dirty POS. The laundry he wears gains him some apologists in these parts, but if he played for any other team, no one here would disagree. That’s the last I will say on that matter.
Not just the hand pass, but a couple of other breaks based on bad officiating:Why is that? They were #2 in their conference same as the Bruins. Bruins won 3 more games than they did. They are a good team.
Unless this is about the hand pass, which isn't their fault if NHL rules are screwed up. They won two 7 game series in a row (sure they had some fortunate calls go their way, again not their fault). Coming back from a 3-1 game deficit shows resilience.
Maybe you're right, rather face the Blues.
It'll be interesting to see if the NHL releases a statement (or apology) addressing the end of the game. The league apologized earlier in this postseason and admitted that officials wrongly gave Vegas Golden Knightsforward Cody Eakin a cross-checking major in Game 7 of their first-round series against the Sharks. Eakin's major paved the way for the Sharks to score four goals on the ensuing power play, allowing them to climb back in the game and eventually win in overtime.
The Sharks also got a major break in Game 7 of their second-round series against the Colorado Avalanche when the Avs had the potential game-tying goal wiped off the board thanks to a controversial offside call in the second period. The Sharks narrowly won that game to punch their ticket to the West final.
We get it. You're a Pats fan, but it ends there. Whatever your thoughts are concerning the evil Brad Marchand you can stick 'em in sack. We don't care. Marchand is no different than 50% of the players in the NHL that give cheap shots and try to intimidate and irritate the opposition....except that he's better at scoring and setting up goals; back-checking and playing on the B's 1st line with Patrice Bergeron. Go through the history of the league and you'll find a Brad Marchand for every Patrice Bergeron.Sorry but that writer is right. Brad Marchand is a cheap-shot taking POS. I am not one of those people who will ignore the obvious because of the laundry he wears.

Yup...and those "people" would love to see their team trade for or sign Brad Marchand as a free agent and would ALL sing a different tune because in the end, they want to see their team win the Cup and that's the edge and attitude that a player like Marchand brings your team.Yeah there’s never any fights or chippy-ness in football.

Yes I know about those calls but they were deemed bad officiating or at least controversial. The Sharks still had to score and play to win. It wasn't like one call gave them the victories (aside from the hand pass because it was in OT).Not just the hand pass, but a couple of other breaks based on bad officiating:
2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs: Sharks benefit from yet another controversial officiating decision in Game 3
For someone who doesn’t care, you sure gave me a pretty long winded reply. And then followed it up with *another* reply. You’re obviously quite sore about the subject. We get it. You're a Pats fan, but it ends there. Whatever your thoughts are concerning the evil Brad Marchand you can stick 'em in sack. We don't care.
This is a phenomenally ignorant statement, so much so that I couldn’t ignore it.Marchand is no different than 50% of the players in the NHL that give cheap shots and try to intimidate and irritate the opposition....
Oh please. Marchand has been good all season. He's started reverting to his old ways in the playoffs because other players are targeting HIM with no repercussions. Just play the game, Marchand included. Dark ages my ***.
Yeah there’s never any fights or chippy-ness in football.

Here's the full schedule:Monday, May 27 is the date for game one of the Finals
I watch a lot of hockey, but I’ve never seen another player punch a guy when he’s already down and facing the opposite direction. You apparently don’t watch much hockey, otherwise you would realize that every team has a Marchand style player, similar in a way to the way teams used to have a Sean Thornton etc... Marchand is chippy, and sometimes he crosses the line, but that’s very common in the NHL. And Toronto fans have absolutely no business crying about the Bruins when it’s Kadri who has gotten the major suspensions in the playoffs the past couple of years.
