If home is where you were born, home was OH.
If home is where you cut your teeth in life, then Jakarta Indonesia was home.
If home is where your parent(s), siblings live, then it would be MA.
Home as I define it, is where I am with my wife and kids, so for now, NC is home. It may not be forever, but ill deal with forever at another time.
My wife was a born in MA, but having spent some years in HS/post HS out in NorCal (Morgan Hill, ~8 miles south of San Jose), she grew to hate it.
Depending on what you mean by school (Primary vs College) there are good ones here, especially colleges. My daughter starts kindergarten in July (Year Round, tracted schools in Wake County) so we will learn about the quality first hand shortly.
Sit back, put your feet up, and take a moment to drink it in.

I grew up in So. NH and went to college there- that is the REAL home.
But 99% of family and friends have migrated to MA like me.
So geographical and emotional home are two states I guess with a strong dislike for one
No question. #HOF#37 is going up in the rafters.
it was. look how close that shot was. rask made it look so easy.Thought this was nasty..
Rask definitely got in the Canes' heads... you could see the hesitation and lame shot attempts towards the end of last nightit was. look how close that shot was. rask made it look so easy.

Back to hockey.. Assuming the Sharks make it to the Finals, the Joey T story-line will be interesting.. either way would be somewhat fitting..this thread is on its way to be ruined with the political commnets.

Joe beats his former team in the Finals and then retires
Joe loses to his former team in the Finals and then retires, another great player who never won it all

I was so disappointed when he got traded.. not to mention the return was laughable for one of the better players in the league... I'm glad things worked out for him in SJ.. and most definitely remarkable longevityI'm sure that angle would get played up for storyline purposes, but this is his 14th season in SJ. At this point, the storyline sounds forced.
Remarkable longevity, though, where 7 seasons in Boston gets doubled up elsewhere.
Regards,
Chris
That first year in SJ was insane with the Hart Trophy, aided by what is now called The Curious Case of Jonathan Cheechoo and his 56 goals. The potential storyline this year would have worked so much better in 2011 except for effin Vancouver.I was so disappointed when he got traded.. not to mention the return was laughable for one of the better players in the league...
