It's easy, and only takes a few moments. It's not just the crowd of people standing around, it's the whole "control room" setup with the electronic walls of prospects, rows of identical monitors, etc. For contrast, here's the Patriots' war roomn:
Behind The Scenes: Patriots Draft Room
I doubt it makes a difference either way--as others have said, the Bills had a solid draft. And let's be honest, if the Patriots had set up a deluxe hi-tech draft bat cave and the Bills were scribbling with dry erase markers in the world's most generic conference room, we'd be laughing in the other direction. But still, wow what a contrast.

Yeah, Reiss mentioned something similar to that regarding the Pats’ draft room, saying a lot of the scouts doing the work over the course of the year aren’t involved and therefore might feel marginalized. I think that’s silly and kind of juvenile. They’re professionals, they do their job, and by draft day that work should be done. Trying to make people feel included is a… I don’t know, feminine?… way of approaching things.
Exactly. Their input has already been provided. Pretty scary if they have to grab a scout at that point and say WAIT IS THAT GUY GOODI don't buy this. I've watched the sub documentaries around do your job. The scouts meet regularly with Caserio and the heads of college and pro scouting. Their feedback is heard. All their reports are read and used. They are an integral part of the process without adding a dozen physical bodies to the war room. Same with dept coaches, just because Scar and Judge aren't in the war room doesn't mean their eval on guys isn't extremely key to the process.

Can’t think of a worse idea than letting fans in.I don't get why people are making fun of the Bills for this video. If anything, their fans will be happy to see all the drama and what actually goes on in their war room. I think Beane is putting together a solid team, so whatever works...it really doesn't matter whether there are 7 or 8 people like the Patriots have or 30 people. The important thing is the actual picks...
Some of those people may actually be season ticket holders, whom I know some teams are now allowing into their draft rooms.
Can’t think of a worse idea than letting fans in.
There's plenty of that to go around in this world sadly. What you have here is a room full of incredibly insecure human beings that need to feel important.. like an old boys club, most of them NEEDED to find a way into that draft room so they could say "Yea, i was there!"
Its about insecurity and ego

Thor is the man. Good guy.Looking at the talking heads ratings is weird...How can most of them give very high ratings and the last negative nellie hand out D's and F's ????? Cowboys, Raiders and Dolphins.......Thor from Rotoworld.......Is he a hater????
From top to bottom you can tell this organization is on the same wave length. From the head coach to the social media video editors, the Patriots are truly a one of a kind organization. Everything is done in the best interest of the football team. The Patriots.com film crew blurred out all the interesting bits of the Pats' video!
