Can we all be clear that DK Metcalf is not a Patriots type receiver in any way and his drop is entirely unsurprising. He just wasn't very good or durable in college. He's a 3rd round pick type and Bill will have no interest.

I fully expect the Patriots to draft a TE, but I think the ones they like are probably 3rd/4th rounders.

I would like them take a flier on Wesco in the late rounds

Don't get me wrong PastyLic, I agree with Ausbacker when he says a team can't have enough good CBs. But our cup runnith over with CBs especially if last year's 2nd round CB pick (The Duke!) is ready to play. And if BB can fill the TE need through other phases of roster building then I'm good. But without a legitimate threat at TE for a passing offense like the Patriots? Eeeee, that is begging for trouble

And seems like TE left on board are a crapshoot for most part....might as well use late pick and roll the dice now....6’8 kid from Stetson udfa!
