Yeah, I generally don't really care if a guy was a 'reach' or not, within reason. This is one of those cases - maybe he would've been there 10 picks later, but if he's your favorite player available and you think he's going to be really good and you think trading down is a risk then to hell with it, just take him.

I get that, but why overpay James if you've got the 8th pick in the upcoming draft and plan on taking a TE? Either Hock or Fant would be there.
