No, in the past, posters would have access to the picks before they are announced via twitter. The agents, NFL insiders, etc. would release the pick before Goodell announces...not sure if it's a problem anymore though.

Howe was leaking them for years before they were officially announced. He said he has no time for it this year but if he had enough access to do it then other beat guys will as well.

They have in other drafts had eyes in the war room and eyes on the players to see who gets a call when a particular team is on the clock. That sometimes is a little while before Goondell announces it.
