There has been lots of whining, but I think that Belichick has done very well so far. Obviously, we still have needs that can be filled from re-signings, free agency, the draft and trades. What stands out at the moment are the needs at kicker and punter. Also, we should be re-signing Waddle soon.

We definitely need another DT. Anything else is upgrades.

We have lost Hogan, a starting WR that you left off your list.

Yes we’ve added a lot in the last few days and probably have used up most of our available cap.
We still desperately need a DT, a LT who can be counted on if Wynn can’t cut it, a K and P (P could certainly come in the draft) and a staring WR.

We ought to be looking to upgrade:
OL depth
TE depth (LaCosse is actually depth, not Allen’s blocking replacement.)
WR conpetition in addition to WR2
DE depth and competition
Db depth

Lot of work to do, and the cap is an issue.

Plus you listed a st add, but we still have losses that you didnt list.
