2019 post-season games (UPDATE: Senior Bowl week)

Penny's value has skyrocketed and I wouldn't be surprised if he goes before Isabella because he is a better route runner with bigger hands and longer arms.

He was a freshman All-American who simply disappeared due to dismal QB play and play calling at GSU.

I wouldn't draft any of these North QBs until late second round at the earliest.

Penny is also a 4-down player.

Mini A. Hicks?

After you mentioned him, I went and watched some tape on him.. Guy seems to beat double teams fairly easy and is strong in the run game as well.

Has a good first step against a majority of Olines he’s faced. He reminds me of Adam butler a bit

@reamer any RBs that have taken your interest that we could be looking st for late round picks? Change of pace back, power back, special teams contributing type back, ala Bolden?!
Haven’t seen anyone talking about the RBs yet even on twitter.

I like Josh Jacobs, but he'll probably be the first to go. He's so quick and powerful. He's not huge, but he's still a bruiser. Love watching him. Runs with an attitude.

Elijah Holyfield surprised me and declared. I thought he should go back and build up his stock, but I'd be very interested in reuniting him with Michel.

If Anderson can recover from injury, he's intriguing. Bigger back, can catch and work in space, explosive. Reminds me of Ballage from last year, who I thought could be an interesting change of pace guy, but shows a bit more fluidity / natural feel for blocking lanes. He could bring some smash mouth to the team for sure. Actually, he's got some similarities to the Chiefs' Williams, who gave us a tough time in the passing game. Plus he's got a great nickname: Mr. Anderson.

Montgomery is great for balance, vision, breaking tackles, etc. I think he deserves to be a featured back. He'll probably go higher than we're looking to draft a RB, is my guess.

Snell is one of the few power backs who has some starter upside in this draft.

Mike Weber is a heavier James White. Like what he brings to the table.

Otherwise, not a great class this year, although a lot of solid mid round guys, as you mentioned. Jacobs' teammate Damien Harris always looked like a Patriots type. Not the fastest or biggest, but reliable and runs in synch with his blockers.

@BaconGrundleCandy can probably fill you in better, although I'm not sure any of the Senior Bowl RBs are on our radar to be honest.

Ive had my eye on Anderson from ndsu. Chess piece. Smooth rr you can actually use across the field. Nice balance & power for who he is. He'll make you miss in space. Really nice quicks w some juice yac. Pass pro is a problem though. He has a long way to go which is a lil concerning to say the least.

Armstead is another late rd guy maybe worth a look.

Dexter Williams is turning some heads i heard

Last I heard, only the Cousins, Johnson, and Norwell signings generated 3rds. I'd love to be wrong, though, since I really thought that the Solder contract should send us a 3rd.

That would make Korte uncharacteristically dead wrong. His last proj. update is Jan 17 w both 3rd comps for NE.

I wouldn't be surprised based on performance of both Solder and Butler and their teams.. who knows what goes into that decision process and its silly its so muddy.. But no 3rd comp for Solder who played all 16 games on that contract would be sort of a scandal..

If Elijah falls to D3 or the bottom of 3rd he could be intriguing to complement the RB group . save Sony some legs, knees..

Love Harris as purest PTP . just not sure it translates to NFL as well.. and doesn't bring new things to RB room. One of my favourites to follow on and off the field.

Very contradictory assessments of Deiter f.e.
I wonder how much agents invest in these takes..
