I think Kontra brought it up during the week but the nature of Tyreek Hill’s route tree could lead to a CB getting gassed with a heavy man coverage game plan. Crossen’s 8 snaps could have been about giving Jones a breather.

Are we going in circles? The point is scoring so quickly left their defense out to dry... You run for many reasons to gain yardage.. to score.. to preserve your qb.. slow down the pass rush even if you gain 2 yards. They committed to run 10 times.
