Happens in the final minute of each half for a injury timeout, helmet issue (coming off) or penalty. The run off is applied if the other team accepts the penalty. In a nutshell.

Not really. But I think Brady plays so well anywhere that the bump he gets in a dome is smaller than the hit most dome QBs take when they play outside in the postseason.

It's not the dome, it's their fans...presumably there will be enough Pats fans in Atlanta to counter the Saints fans. Also, hopefully the league will order the roof to be open like they did in Houston a few years ago...
