We beat both these teams in playoffs before but Indy seems like a more balanced team this year and are playing really tough. Houston lost will fuller and demariyus thomas. Their WR corps is depleted. I think colts give us a better fight than HOU.

Anyways, we aren't playing Colts unless we both make it to AFCCG. :D

"He" (and the ground game and the defense) almost pulled off the upset in KC just four weeks ago. Came down to a FG in OT.

Playoffs are a completely different animal.

I voted for Indy, just because of the historical drama of seeing the Dolts in Gillette. Hopefully, New England continues the dominance of Indy and beats the snot out of them. If the Pats get to play them, that is.

Thankfully I don’t waste money betting on football (or anything else). That allows me the freedom to root for any team.

This year is different but I can’t put my finger on why. Could it be because another magical ending is in store?:)

I want Houston cause them coming to Foxboro is the best matchup for the Pats but i think Indy might win a close game, they couldn't get to Luck in the first 2 meetings and he tore them up.

If the passrush can't get to him he's going to throw for 400 and 3 TDs and then it's up to Deshaun to outduel him.

I also think Indy could win in KC although most wouldn't give them a chance, Indy is a team who does a lot of run and short passes this year and are the type of team who have sustained a lot of 8/9 minute scoring drives, that could put pressure on Kansas City a different way than Baltimore would by limiting possessions rather than playing suffocating defense.

I think any team who has nothing to lose going up to Arrowhead where they have all the pressure is dangerous, nobody expected Indianpolis or Baltimore to even make the playoffs this year so they're the type of teams who have nothing to lose and can play loose.

The fact Houston is only favored by 1 point in Vegas right now and you get 3 for home field is quite shocking. Vegas is basically saying Indianapolis is 2 points better than Houston on a neutral field and would be a 5 point favorite in Indy.

For me the choice is simple.Houston will win. I will not calculate who is a better opponent for the Pats because if we want to grab another trophy we should be ready for everyone, everywhere. I like Watson and Houston's style of playing.I do not like Indy and this whole organisation. I will root for the Texans.

I don't want to get ahead of myself like BB says one at a time. I want the Pats to play Houston in their first round. I am not looking ahead until after that game. Whatever happens, happens.

I want the outcome that would yield the team with the best chances to knock the Chiefs out in the divisional round.

Whichever team has the defense we can overcome. It’s all about matchups, look at what the Titans D did.

I rather just let things play out and we play whomever comes our way.

Good news is that is exactly what is going to happen whether you ignore this thread or you spend every waking minute from now until the end of this weekend's games worrying about it.

Don't respect either team all that much - I think they might be the worst two in the AFC playoffs and I'd be shocked if either the Pats or the Chiefs lost to either of them. But I like Houston and loathe Indy, so I root for Houston.

Indy won't go into Arrowhead and beat the Chiefs - they'll be run out of town. SD and Bal at least have a chance to win in Arrowhead.

I usually don’t like to play these games because what you wish for can come back and bite you. People are writing Houston off because we beat them earlier in the season but they aren’t 11-5 because they suck. Watson is confident with his repaired knee and their front seven is pretty good. It’s going to be a tough game whomever we play.

I want Houston to win then the winner of Ravens/Chargers goes to Arrowhead. I think either Team will soften up the Chiefs some and would do the same to the Patriots in Round 2. Any PatsFan that think that this Patriots Team can take on the Ravens/Chargers then the Chiefs at Arrowhead is delusional. I want us to take the road that offers the least amount of resistances and I think the Texans are a easier route for us we have owned them. The Chargers are very balanced and the Ravens would run all over this D. I have a hard time seeing this Colts Team keeping up at Arrowhead.

Does that mean you'll have absolutely no rooting interest in the game?

My picks for this weekend are the Chargers, the Colts, the Bears, and the Seahawks.
I am not supporting these franchises with my heart so to speak and
all of these games could be a coin toss.

That team with the horseshoe on their helmet will most likely win. They have the horse power on offense to get it done. I feel unclean now....

If we beat Houston, I feel we have a better shot at beating Chargers than the Ravens.
