All you gotta know about the Jets is how proud and gleeful the Jets Fans are because they got the third pick of the draft, the second coming of the Cleveland Browns.. Guess that is better than preparing for the "Tournament".. but the Draft is not in NY this year, so there will be the predictable weeping and mashing..

Seriously I can see someone entertaining a head coaching job with the Jets because the Brady-Belichick era might end in the next couple of years. If the Pats become mediocre for a while, the new Jets coach can claim hes the difference on making them just as good as they are. There go the perennial high draft picks the high draft picks though.......then again he can use that as a new excuse for still sucking. Hmmm, maybe there isn't too much of a downside after all.

Now, for another kick to the nuts:

Hmmm, this year's 38-3 beotch slapping had a bigger margin than the Buttfumble game!

They're interviews. Jets are scheduling others as well.

You're suggesting team and coach should not do other interviews?

Sure, it happens every few years but the biggest nutcracker the Jete have is the sorrowful lack of competent leadership from ownership. May the Johnsons always remain firmly Jete (oxymoron intended).

Where did I suggest that?

Those of us who can read see that da Jete "expect" to interview McCarthy whereas the Browns "will" interview McCarthy "on Thursday".

So, make sure you have Saran Wrap for those green and white cupcakes, they may not be needed.

Looks like a really bad year to be in the market for a head coach! With a third of the entire NFL seeking a sideline savior, competition for qualified candidates is fierce. Too bad New Jersey is automatically disqualified from entertaining top New England hopefuls McDaniels and Flores. Suddenly, Odd Blowes doesn't look so bad, eh? But let's limber you up for the next Jete head coach hiring, likely a failed retread or idiot newbie. Here you go:

Blowes knew he would be sacked and he decided that, at least, he wouldn't have to eat JETE any longer, so he benched a player who didn't behave with minimum professionalism for his last game. Good for him -- setting an example of maturity and dignity on his way out of the door.

The Jete are set to sign some big time free agents this offseason...

From that article. The 2 lines I highlighted show why the JETE will always be the JETE. The GM sounds shocked the guy he gave 14 mill a year actually played well at times.

The five-year, $72.5 million contract the Jets gave Trumaine Johnson is not looking too good after Year 1. Johnson was benched Sunday after showing up late to practice last week. Maccagnan, who gave Johnson that contract, talked things over with the cornerback Monday.

“I had a long conversation with Trumaine,” Maccagnan said. “I think he’s done some good things this year. He had some stretches where he actually played well. He was injured, which was by no fault of his own. He’s given up some longer plays. What happened at the end of the season was extremely disappointing, and I told him that, and we’re going to deal with that going forward. I think there were some good things that he did, which obviously have value, but in the end, I told him we have high expectations for him.”

He he...

Awww, so. You got Crushed, yougot your raisens kicked in and you come on here to gloat about one play?
What a Maroon
Typical JETE. Losing by 4 TDs patriots killing clock and the JETE think it’s a good play to govyhr wrong way and take yourself out of the play.
