Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread Week 15 - Pats @ Steelers

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Steelers inactives: QB Mason Rudolph, S Marcus Allen, CB Brian Allen, RB James Conner, OT Zach Banner, LB Olasunkanmi Adeniyi, DE L.T. Walton. With Conner out, it could create more opportunity for former Patriots RB Stevan Ridley behind projected starter Jaylen Samuels.

Wait a second...Ridley's not even starting with Conner out? He's complaining that the Patriots let him go after his rookie contract and he's 4th on the Steelers RB depth chart (Bell being the default #1 until he decided not to report, then Conner, etc)? Maybe that's why you didn't get a contract offer from New England, Stevan.

What worries me is the Steelers are on a 3 game losing streak, so their backs are really against the wall.

Pats can't d!ck around on offense and need to take advantage of every scoring opportunity because their defense is so unreliable.

BB needs to go after beat up Fat Ben and his cracked ribs. I don't want to see the D-line slow dancing with the O-lineman today. No need to play him like a running QB.

Dwayne Allen is back, not sure if that will help much in the passing game, but hopefully he'll help out in the running game.
Well Allen back definitely won’t help in the “catching” game

They (Squealers) are in a do or die situation and are due for win.....given our WEAK defense and frequent poor OL play....poor record on road games this year and really questionable coaching....we are definitely the underdog.....

Pittsburgh's got some personnel problems on defense that Brady/McDaniels should be able to exploit, and all the "We don't need Bell!" crap has served mostly to show how karma works, as that offense hasn't been able to get more than 75 yards on the ground in any of the past 4 games.

If the Patriots don't **** themselves on the road (granted, ****ting themselves on the road has happened more often than not this season), this should be a nice win for them.

? @PhilAPerry

Early mornings. Late nights. Josh Gordon has done what he can to make sure he's on the same page with Tom Brady, and it's resulted in big-time production.
Gordon is a huge success thus far....very proud of the guy and awestruck at his talent and natural skills....guy is amazing!!! Glad he is a Patriot!

Yeah and get rid of that waste of space Elandon Roberts while u are at it BB!!!!

Roberts would be fine as a low-end replacement LB. He's not fine as a top 3/top 4 guy.

I'll sign up for a 1 point win right now, this is a massive game in terms of the outlook of the season.

Remember when mike Tomlin cussed us out in the locker room and then lost?

28-17 Pats.

I rarely make predictions, but losing Connor is HUGE for them. Ben throws at least 1 pick today.

The trouble is that the Patriots also have problems on defense. Instead of
upgrading the defense, they look for gimmicks.

Lmao, Tannehill is getting ABUSED. Borderline downright harassment.

I don't see how the Squealers stop Josh and Jules and Gronk.
