He took a brutal head shot in that game vs Texans. Can't blame him for getting a neck injury on that one.I love Rex...but we all know he's good for maybe 3-4 games max before he gets hurt...sad but true
Less White means a reduced chance of winning games.Reduce White's workload so he's fresh for the playoffs. That's all I require of Burkhead.
Not less White in all respects, but less White running the ball up the middle, maybe? He's gotten better at it, but it is still not a strength
Over/under on the amount of games he plays in before he goes out again? I’ll say 3.
At least we have a lot of deadwood on this team, Barber, Hollister.
I would be happy if he had nine games; nine lives might be expecting too much.He will need a nap after practice.
Lions fans are complaining about Blount so there is a slight chance that he might become available.I'm not a huge fan of Burk, but he's almost exactly what this roster needs (a Blount type would be better). Will hold off on the injury jokes for now.

No, he’s only played in 3.37% of the offensive snaps this year, and last year saw 7.55%. He’s most certainly not often needed as a third tight end.Hollister is our #3 TE, often needed.
