A couple of rather extreme viewpoints is what I see. Either he's a really bad guy and the cracks are starting to show, or he's a great guy and there's probably a good reason for him being late (even though no one else is ever late.)

Welker thing didn’t seem that serious so I agree, but being on time is kinda a part of the culture here.

I think the Welker episode was far worse for this reason: Belichick warned the entire team about making any reference to Rex Ryan's and his wife's foot fetish. Welker blatantly ignored that directive and openly challenged BB's authority. Bad idea.

C’mon man, Aaron was a terribly disturbed young man that we’ve since learned had serious brain damage...and he ended up taking his own life. I know you’re joking, but Josh Gordon’s situation in no way parallels his, and for whatever reasons this is just in dreadfully poor taste.
