It's not his fault his coaches can't coach.

I heard this last week & honestly it means nothing. Carl Lawson has 2 tackles in 2 games I believe but has been killing tackles.

More to the first point Cleveland would be 2-0 w Baker at QB but literally gave 2 games away w Taylor at QB. That coaching staff is almost useless.

So how long until the suspension comes down now from the NFL? A conditional 5th is excellent compensation for a player of his caliber. Gordon, Edelman, and Gronk on the field with Hogan and these RBs? My God. Good luck against this team in the red zone.

I wouldn’t put much into that. The guy has fresh legs. He hasn’t played a lot of football. He’s still pretty much in his prime.

You've got to hand it to the Patriots. We are NEVER boring. The NFL should kiss our asses (instead of kicking them) for all of the entertainment we provide. Get your popcorn ready and I hope Gordon can fit in here.

Ive said this for years. Love us or hate us the Pats make this game great. Biggest outlier in all of sports. So many great games & SB'S. If you listed the top 10 SB'S you would have to include almost all of ours if not all.

Perfect, said a little while ago that a 5th is the most I'd be comfortable giving up, so very pleased that the Pats didn't have to go over that. That's a real asset that they gave up, but for the need this fills and the potential upside here, it's a trade well worth making.

Now that it's official though, I think we really need to work on expectations management. Don't expect 2007 Randy Moss at any point, here, and certainly not right away. Saying something like this is probably a lost cause for the GDT crowd, but don't panic if he only has a couple catches in the next few weeks. It takes time to learn an offense; how integrated he is in December-February matters a lot more than where he is in December.
