Now that I’ve processed the game a little-
2 things that keep gnawing at my brain..
* Why did we not go for it on 4th & inches, with the game still in reach?
*Why didn’t we onside kick, with the 15 yard penalty going to be added on?
I trust BB, but these made me so angry- just try, right? It felt like we quit & I found this enraging.

No I see why Philly jettisoned Rowe he's horrible in space. He got turned every which way and lose today.

I like JCJ and Crossen a lot so not worried about Rowe’s end result.

Give the secondary an impactful front 7

I will never understand elandon roberts on this team. Jordan richards team won today for crying out loud.
hand the keys to brady. he is the only one that can save us from this mess. if brady wants dez and the weed kid, im in.

I'm not worried, just a early on egg we laid, KC in 2014 was worst a lot worst, KC last year was worst. This is our annual stinker of the season game, trust me, rather get it out the way early.

Very disappointed with the secondary.

- Rowe was horrible again and was benched.
- JMac Shouldn't have been dressed today. Not having Jackson or Crossen hurt them..

It caught up to them in the super bowl. You’re what you are. They gave up a ton of passing yards last year for a reason and where almost dead last. Keeping teams off the end zone with a bend but don’t break style just won’t cut it. Gotta stop teams!

But it did "cut it" last year unless you think getting to the Super Bowl is some kind of pleasure cruise.

Punting on 4th and inches was horrendous. How many times has Brady worked magic at the end of games...down 2 scores, plenty of time left and you take the ball out of his hands?

Whatever. Bad game, crazy heat. I think the D will be fine, although Rowe as a starting CB doesn't thrill me. Pats have to focus on grooming a replacement for McCourty. Team can definitely win a Super Bowl this year though.

I didn't like that call either.

I worry about this team defensively though. What is their ceiling? They clearly lack talent in certain spots. Clayborn has been a waste. Hightower looks slow. Guy needs to play better.

Team got out muscled and Outcoached today. But they did win the concussions battle though.

I guess I'm in the very small minority who agreed with punting the ball deep in your own territory. 11 point game with eight minutes left. You don't get that first down it is game over. Provided your defense gets a stop you still have time to pull it out.

Of course our defense gave up a TD instantly so in retrospect I wish we went for it.

DMac wasn't much better.

Eric Rowe is not a #2 CB. I've been saying that ever since he arrived.

Wish we had gotten talib but idk if the donkeys would have traded him to us. The guy’s still balling for the rams now.

It all makes sense now!

I don't think he's your Fourth Safety either.

I think for the most part everyone is worried about the defense and their ceiling.

Needs:
Rivers
Impactful DT play
JCJ or Crossen pushing Rowe
More athleticism at LB on 3rd down.

They'll improve as time goes on don't know by how much, I think Hightower is still rusty, this is his Second regular season game since last year, but one thing I can bet this will be our worst game this season.

4th and inches I agree with. I'm 50/50 with the onside kick attempt because pinning deep , which didn't happen, can be just as good IF you get a 3 and out.

I disagree with the giving up bit though. Just no ball bounced their way today.
