Is anyone finding any reports on Hill that I haven’t seen.....I am bummed that he got injured on such a stupid play.....and Michel is going to be ?? all year.....praying he just strained something a little bit....thx
Speculation so far.

I’m not really seeing why some of you are looking at Bolden as a RB replacement if he was still here....in all honesty he was a kick *** ST player .....and yes I think we missed him out there today.....but if u think he’s going to come in and replace Hill or White.....think u may be off on that

Bolden stepped in after Blount (and Lewis before) went down late in 2015 season and logged 220 yds (3.3avg), 205 rec yds and 2 TDs . so yes, he can step up for the time needed. If you have this in your core STer its pretty valuable to me. Hope you can see that..

Happy the team won. Sad for Hill. God bless the Browns!

It’s rare that I’ve felt the special teams was a weak point. But it was today. That needs work

Offense went about as I expected. Brady and Gronk are all time Greats. Dorsett was a delightful surprise. Hopefully hogan can get open when Jules comes back.

Defense was pretty good. An excellent step after how abysmal they were in the last game that mattered

And Run defense was horrible

I'm not going to worry about the overall quality of the run game. I will simply say that Bedard's grade on Shelton should be an interesting one. I might have to actually tune into 98.5 on Tuesday just to hear it.

Cause he was inactive even though he can play based on what I saw in the preseason.
At this point he is not better vs the run compared to the players ahead of him

You have no life then

That doesn't help your arguement

I would dress him just for passing downs. He's one of the best edge rushers on the team imo.

I stated in the GDT that McCarron will be in the dog house *IF* we in fact have a dog house. I really do not know that we in fact have a dog house.

What happens when someone gets put into BB's Cat house?

I like Rivers but if you can't set the edge here, you won't play.

Just call a timeout BoB. It really is not that difficult.

Corrente states in that report that a red flag would have incurred a penalty. But would it have then given an opportunity for review and overturning the catch, and would that have been worth the penalty?

step 1:
Fans hate BB for keeping so many ST players on the roster (after decades of winning)

step 2:
Fans celebrate the cuts of ST players.

step 3:
Fans nag about bad ST play.

Now, let's revisit the Boston Red Sox Globe predictions:

They picked against the spread. The spread was 6. Pats won by 7.

Not a terrible call.

Every game is different. A poster said we had no chance this week because the "QB was mobile" and the defense was "stout". How did that work out?

The Texans defense did play well enough, all things considered. There were two problems for the Texans. The first problem was that the QB who showed up was not the QB that a lot of people were expecting, and that wasn't helped by the OL problems. The second problem was that the CB who was recovering from a concussion looked as if he still had problems, and then got popped again.

But that's just looking at it in response to your post. Overall, I was very happy with a lot of what the Patriots did, as a first game effort.
