How many routes did he run that you saw? He's looked average in preseason. Maybe he's under wraps or it is who he is
We'll see.
Before I even said a word actually.Damn, I got owned
There you have it. Within your response you've just pointed to one of the single biggest issues as to why any job in either sports coaching or sports administration is nowhere near as easy as you believe it to be.No thanks, buddy. I get paid a lot more to work 9-5 and post here than I likely ever would have in the field of coaching working 90 hour weeks dealing with overgrown children.

Yeah, I no longer believe that Darboh was waived just so he could be placed on IR. There isn't any need to do so once rosters were officially set at 53 as of 4pm Saturday. If the NEP had any intention of placing him on IR (with the possibility of returning later in the season), they could have simply ... placed him on IR. I think he's gone, probably for good.Field Yates tweet about Darboh says he was “waived”. With due respect to what others have posted, I do not believe he will revert to IR after he clears waivers.
With rosters set at 53, a player does not have to clear waivers to be placed on IR as they do when the roster is 90 players. It will be interesting to find out for sure, but I surmise he did not pass his physical which he would not considering he had surgery today and the Patriots just put him back on waivers.
The Union will likely file a grievance against the Seahawks for waiving an injured player which will likely be settled with Darboh being compensated for the time he’ll miss from the injury.
The good news is there is no 8 game IR requirements. He could resign with the Patriots either to the 53 or the PS whenever he recovers from his surgery if the Patriots remain interested at that point.
probablyAm I the only one that really like Dorsett?
With the greatest of respect, you haven't a ****ing clue what you're talking about and you would be best served refraining from commenting on the subject.I never implied it was "easy." I stated that most smart people don't go into the field (or quickly drop out) because they can make a lot more money doing jobs that don't suck, so you end up with a bunch of idiots who do things the way they were taught to do things by other idiots. And then you get fans who will defer to them by saying they clearly must know more than we do when they do things that leave us scratching our heads, rather than rightly just identifying them as headstrong numbskulls.
Randy Moss, Troy Brown and Deion Branch say hi. And suggest you think a little bit harder on that one.Well you have to admit that bill loves his white wrs. He wants to field a whole deck of them.

If you don't think the #3 WR is important outside of injury or suspension, rewatch the 2014 and 2016 Super Bowl runs. They don't win either Lombardi if they had to rely on fringe talent at #3 or #4 WR.

David Givens, David Pattin, Jabar Gaffney and Donte Stallworth also sent cards.Randy Moss, Troy Brown and Deion Branch say hi. And suggest you think a little bit harder on that one.

Where exactly did the poster you are quoting say a WR3 is irrelevant ? Saying you don't expect a WR3 to average more than a catch and saying he is not relevant are two completely separate things.
Talk about moving the goalposts.
