Looks like Eric Decker retired

You know what I meant. When they had all those injuries and decided to purposely pack in the season 2 weeks before the playoffs and give up home field advantage. However, had they made the Super Bowl, they weren’t going to beat the Panthers.
Actually I have no idea what you are talking about. What does Eric Decker retiring have to do with 2015 injuries.

Also how do you think the best team in the nfl that year that was ravaged by injuries with 2 more weeks to get healthy would have no chance against a team that didn’t show up for the super bowl?

Veteran player who had not a single snap in preseason games with the 1s, looked bad with the 2s and 3s and most likely would not have made the roster retires and some people think that this has any effect on the team.

Him retiring will have as much impact on the 2018 season as Webb getting released / send to the PS on roster cut day. None.

About the only impact I can see is that the roster is now down to 8 total WRs for the pre-season finale - 7 if Berrios still can't go. Unless the Pats are okay with someone from the Edelman, Hogan, Dorsett, Patterson group to be getting extensive snaps in that free-for-all, they may need to sign a couple camp-body types this week just to field a team.

I wasn't counting on Decker for anything but this is still a blow given the garbage left on the roster at WR.

Hogan, recovering from ACL surgery Edelman and a bunch of busts or ever will bes

Hope Belichick is scouring the trade market and waiver wire.

They would have destroyed the Panthers.

The odd thing is that he is one year younger than Edelman.

I guess when you don't have the fire anymore, you just don't have it.

Thank God Edelman still has it.
Kenny Britt is not even 30 and he doesn’t have it anymore.

Very thin at the position. If it stays the way it is they better hope no one gets injured. I would say between Edelman, Hogan, or gronk. One of those guys can’t go down to injury.

That's 70% Brady. His WRs wont be doing him any favor.
That leaves an awfully little slice of credit for the other future Hall of Famer on the roster, who will be a massive part of the passing offense.

This is what happens when you sign castoffs and scrape WRs from the bottom of the barrel B.B. you get what you pay for.

If Gronkowski or Hogan go Down, we are in big trouble

Just wish we could give the old man better weapons to work with

I still wouldn’t rule out a return later if **** hits the fan.
