Where you implied that he loves his wife and followed it up with “imagine that.” As if guys that wouldn’t do that, the alphas of the relationships, don’t love their significant others because they wouldn’t wear something that embarrassing nor would they dress like Siegfried & Roy at the Met Gala based on said wife’s request. And I have news for you, my friend, if you have to wear something like that for your wife to be happy...

1. You should ask yourself why you need to do something like that for her to be happy with you, and...

2. You’re not the alpha in your relationship. She’s just let you think you are.

LMFAO it's a very different world we inhabit, in mine a cigar is just a cigar. I implied nothing of the sort, you completely misconstrued my meaning and assigned some weighted depth to the post well beyond it's intent. It had no meaning beyond a humorous observation that some men actually do happily love their wives as opposed to all the guys in miserable relationships. And I have some news for you, any man that hasn't done some goofy thing of little consequence for no reason other than to see a smile on his other half's face is a man who is firmly in the latter camp. A lot of single people don't want to believe it but many married people are in fact happy and we are because our relationships aren't built around such ridiculous combative concepts as maintaining the upper hand but rather on a simple give and take that that allows us to remain hand in hand. I've been more or less successfully married for over 4o years, we are well beyond anything as trivial as alpha & beta, our egos just aren't that fragile.

Make Gisele happy or be her slave?

Good Lord, did I miss a pick of him kissing her feet? smdh
Get back to me on that when he says he's retiring because she said to.

Wearing a shirt that says I love (insert spouse’s name) as a joking sign of affection at home with the family….sure. Wearing a light yellow shirt with a plunging neck line and a cut that seems out of place in a men’s department, along with the bright pink shorts and then posting it on Instagram while flashing an excessively poop eating grin....cringe worthy. The moment I saw this, I knew that I would be receiving multiple texts today from friends who are fans of other NFL teams. In this case, I have no defense.
Why the f#€k would you care what Tom Brady wears?

You realize you're making my point for me here, correct?

And, again, you should ask yourself why you would have to wear something ridiculous (like that) in public to make her happy. I've outright refused to wear several, many at that, outfits proposed to me by my girlfriend and our relationship is as happy as it can be. But the outfits were something that I've rejected on a style front. She's never seen the need to make me wear a "I love my girlfriend" T-shirt in public or to put it up for public consumption. One needs to ask themselves exactly WHY they need to do that for their significant other to be happy.

He put it up for public consumption. The reaction to something like that is understandable. Same as when she made him wear that outfit to the Met and pictures of him looked like he was dying on the inside but was only doing it because she wanted him to do it. If they don't want criticism of it, they should keep it to themselves.

I get a kick out of men who claim that they won't do as their girlfriends, and even more so their wives, wish. I get that kick not because I don't specifically believe them as the individual, but because I know that about 95% of them are lying their asses off.

Bottom line: most of the men here who assert that they'd never do what Brady did are lying. And they'd be doing it for women who are a lot less rich, a lot less famous and a lot less attractive to the general public then Mrs. Brady.

As for fans from other NFL teams, who gives a ****? There's godawful fashion to be found among pretty much every team's personnel.

He married a fashion model. Are people really so clueless that they didn't think that might have an impact on his clothing choices? Mock him. Enjoy it. And remember

Fortunately most women do not want their men wearing hot pink shorts.

Yeah I can't imagine my girlfriend ever wanting me to wear something like that. Or at least she hasn't asked me to wear something like that yet. She DID try to get me to wear a V-neck about a year ago which I declined and then gave to Goodwill afterward.

Back on topic, just for the moment....

After all of the arguing this offseason about Tom Brady’s motivations and Bill Belichick’s aggravations and Rob Gronkowski’s intentions — after all of that shouting from rooftops that the mere notion of skipping OTAs signaled the demise of the Patriot Way — after all of that insipid drama, the Patriots have cancelled the final two OTAs.

Patriots have cancelled their final two OTAs

Anyone still want to try peddling that "every snap needed" angle? How about those poor new guys getting screwed by not having the maximum time to get ready?

What's the point of having them when Brady isn't there to work with his new targets? So they can get on the same page as feckin Hoyer?

  • Learning routes and route adjustments
  • Learning to play off of one another
  • Becoming a more tightly knit team

No Brady needed for that.

Hey, look. It's not just BB that pulls back from the nonsense of "EVERYONE MUST BE THERE FOR EVERY SINGLE THING!"

Packers excuse 16 veterans from minicamp practices

People here foolishly confused optimal with necessary, and the greatest coach in the NFL has just pulled the rug out from under them. You'll have to pardon me if I get a kick out of it.

You realize you're making my point for me here, correct?

The point that was and still is completely lost on you apparently, since the whole intent was nothing more than a humorous remark

And, again, you should ask yourself why you would have to ...

Where the hell did I say anything about have to and what the heck is with going all AJ here man? Now please go ahead and exercise that alpha gene that Ms Beta apparently enjoys so much and get the last word on this subject. This has become tedious and you really should get back to looking for the sense of humor I have enjoyed seeing on display in most of our other interactions.

No days off huh? I know 95% of the people on here think the pats can do no wrong and that every move they made is a good one but this offseason has been a joke.

It would have been nice to have Brady workout with the new players but since Brady has the team 100% by the balls so he can just skip that, throw on pair of pink shorts and a I love Gisele shirt and call it a day.

Brady is becoming insufferable and my guess is this upcoming season is BBs last.
