How Focused is Gronk?

Nothing to see here. It’s fine. He’s fine. We’re fine. Everything is fine. Probably just some click bait fake news.

We're all spoiled. This is Major League II except after 17 years. Players, coach, owner are human. It's just something to overcome and if it results in a Super bowl, it's as good, or could be better than, any other year. Great veterans staking out their territory, Belichick and Kraft will have to deal with it successfully.

I mean, it is the offseason, but the only reason he is in the building is for dirt biking. Is he really going to play or not?
That's the funniest damn sig I'ver ever seen.

As for Gronk: if the Patriots can get a first-rounder for him, I say go for it.

Funny, I thought Kraft said they had their "Air It Out" meeting. Sure seems like there is still lingering anger. And I can't blame them, I'm not saying I agree but I can't blame them. Belichick made a big mistake on the Butler benching and the players feel like they wasted a golden opportunity because of it.

If that’s their sole reason, that’s pathetic. It’s time to move on and turn the page to a new season and a new opportunity. The greatest HC of all time made the wrong call. It is what it is.

I think it’s much more likely the fact that they’re both underpaid, definitely feel under appreciated, have had their personal trainers taken off the sidelines and out of the building, and that those issues were compounded with the SB situation, which was one more thing that pissed them off.

Hubris and karma catching up to the front office

Shoulda put butler in......everything would be different today

That would be a ridiculous amount of turnover on offense. Gutted of talent and familiarity for Brady. Amendola, Lewis, Solder, Cooks and Gronk.

They'd have to bet on successfully drafting a very solid TE or WR who could contribute immediately and/or [dare I mentioned it again] acquire Josh Gordon for the right price. Not to mention the question marks at left tackle.
This is where belichick earns even more greatness if he holds everything together. The greatest coaches find a way just like red Auerbach and Phil Jackson holding together a team with huge egos. Gronk is like the Rodman of football
If you think that Red Auerbach ever put up with this sort of BS for a second, I don't know what to tell you.

If a head coach has lost his locker room...it’s tough to get it back.. in most cases once an nfl head coach loses its locker room, they typically get fired...but B.B. is no ordinary coach...it will be interesting to see what happens going forward

If the players don’t want to play for B.B. do you get rid of all the players or the coach?

He’s gone. No way Belichick is taking him back. He’ll be packaged to Cleveland as part of a trade up for a QB.

BB is going to take charge of the locker room.
Are you serious with your post?

rw, Gronk pushed it today. His comments were directly insulting, in my opinion, to Belichick's authority. I think irreparable harm was done today. Whether it's BB who's gone or it's Gronk who's gone, today was seriously damaging.

You know nothing about Red Auerbach. Has Gronk or Brady refused to practice hard during the season?
You are a f###### idiot. Your comment when placed in context with mine might as well have been citing the number of tons of tungsten pulled out of Yugoslavian mines in 1949.

Just have to see how this plays out. Whatever happens, happens. Media has a funny way of making things bigger than they really are or vise vera.

At the end of the day I'm a Patriot fan no matter what.

While at Gillette (and yes, I understand why he was there) he actually said that he was skipping future voluntary training stuff so he could work on his dirt-biking skills???

Now I realize that of course that's not really why he's skipping stuff, but to joke about it like that, while at the stadium, is really poking the bear. Wow.

Address the question and I'll reply. The player in question was Bill Russell.
