Gronk Reportedly Still Undecided On Playing Next Year:

Gronk needs to be all in or he can go F himself. Great talent but if you are not committed then go do something else. BB is not going to be held hostage by Gronk or anyone else (besides Kraft). Hopefully all these 'reports" are just the media trying to get some clicks, but if Gronk truly doesn't know if he still wants to play, then I don't care who you are, see you later.

Brady's not going to be at off season activities once he comes back from Qatar. Is the board calling for him and Gronk to be packaged into a deal?

"The board" is not calling for anything. Some people want one thing, many others something different entirely.

Totally off topic in relation to the Gronk/Guerrero talk, but since I’ve been battling lots of health issues I use a daily app to help track my sugar, sodium, carbs, fats, etc, and Gatorade is simply awful. I’m not overweight at 185-190 lbs, but I’m taking a proactive approach to being more aware of what I’m putting in my body, these days.

Their standard 32 oz bottle has 56 grams of sugar. The daily recommended cutoff for an adult male is 36 grams, and that includes all of your meals, drinks, snacks, etc. For reference’s sake, a tablespoon of sugar is 4 grams, so the daily allotment is 9 tablespoons. They do make an electrolyte infused water called Propel, which is much, much better for you. If you’re still running or working out, you may want to give that a try. Just FYI.
I think a lot of these drinks also have high fructose corn syrup which by itself is reason enough not to have them.

I have a feeling the bombshell trade by BB this year is going to be gronk.

See my trade to San Fran that nets us Kittle their first and we send Gronk and a second back.
We select Mayfield or Rosen

If Gronk needs to retire, then he should. If he is shooting his way out of Town, three trades I make in a second.:

1) So "Actor Boy" can reach the left cost and join that demographic as long as he polishes up his Spanish ( "Hola! Me llamo Roberto." and "Yo soy fiesta baby") A Trade to the Chargers might work. Chargers pick in the second Round #48 plus TE Hunter Henry.

2) Raiders even up for Kahlil Mack. I know....another salary malcontent but the DE/Edge position has a larger salary slot worth in the NFL. Might want to put more money into a guy who wants to play and has no distractions. We have the CAP for a long term with him.

3)49ers for TE Kittle and their#9 in the first and we send them our 3rd #95 to make it work.

Enough of this crap.

These are all plausible.
I'm not ruling out Gronk to Cleveland for 4 and one of our seconds.
That gives us Chubb or Darnold Mayfield or Rosen.
Id have to go Chubb unless I'm 100 percent sure the QB is the guy.
I'd rather take Chubb then wait and grab Rudolph

How about you provide some peer-reviewed journal articles that prove "muscle-pliability" therapy is BS?

In science and medicine, one doesn't have to disprove a therapy or a new idea. The presumption is NOT that a new idea works and is useful. That's not how it works.

It is legitimate to ask for studies in scientific journals that show the effectiveness of muscle pliability exercises, or that the concept is even meaningful.

Otherwise, we'd be trying every idea that a scam artist can devise.

I will be seriously bummed if Gronk doesn't play this year, and I will weep if he gets traded elsewhere. He's such a game changer and I don't want anyone else to get a piece of that (even though I also suspect he won't fare as well elsewhere without Brady). I wish the season would start already. Sigh.

I'd consider Clowney for Gronk straight up.

Yes, and many studies showing that yoga and acupuncture are useful.

That tells us that we should work on our flexibility, not necessarily that any new approach that presumes flexibility is a sound one.

Edit: here are multiple peer-reviewed studies on stretching and flexibility. It seems that your claim that no such peer-reviewed, scientific literature exists on the topic is false.

I don't think that players should make their trade or ultimatums public (loud you said). To the extent possible, they should be behind closed doors.

Do not get me wrong but all this situation is a bit confusing. I am a strong supporter of Gronk but he is a pro and should clearly specifies his priorities. BB has a right to know what are his intentions to build a roster and plan who to draft. If Gronk wants to a new contract I am fine with it but please do not pretend like a child and say it loudly. If he wants to play elswhere I am fine but again - say it loudly. All I hate is playing hide and seek with the team. Let me get this straight, I want him back. However a team image is the most important to me.

I agree.

I would suggest that almost any added sugar is bad for you. 36 grams is a lot. Of course, much of this sugar could come from eating fruit (healthy)

So, for you, anyone considering retirement shouldn't tell anyone (especially Belichick). If he does decide to be open to the coach, he should be traded immediately????? NOT!

Ok, you misunderstood my meaning of the word "loudly" or I was not precised enough in using it. "Loudly" do not mean he should express his feelings to the media. I meant he should fairly describe his intentions towards the organization and BB if he is aware of his future. If all this is about the contract issues he ought to inform his coach of course "in the locker room" not publicly.
