I doubt I read your post to Robert weathers because I was busy with your responses arguing what not that much means.
Funny since it was literally in the same post.

I noticed that you were off the ball today on these arguments, but I didn’t know you were that off.

Did he ever enter rehab before those suspensions? And has he been suspended since he finished rehab?

Not sure why you’re using him entering rehab against him. Wouldn’t that be ideal for him to do so to try and avoid getting addicted again?
Pretty sure rehab was a condition of at last a few of his prior suspensions.

I’m using it because he was suspended for more than a year and then when time came to be reinstated he relapsed and HAD TO go to rehab.

Are you seriously the only person in the world still fooled by this guy?

The Rams have interest in Odell Beckham and have already talked to the Giants about the possibility of a trade for the receiver, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.

Leonard reports that the Giants are seeking a first-round pick plus. The plus is negotiable, suggesting the Giants would take less than two first-rounders.

Report: Rams have interest in trading for Odell Beckham

So either someone is seeding the media, or the Rams have decided that they want all the things. It's good comedy, either way.

In the same post as what?

He has played 10 games in 4 years after his one good season.
In those 10 he had 42 catches in 89 targets for 668 yards and 1 TD.

He has 1 TD in 4 years.
He looked OK in December but regardless hes nowhere close to Cooks's value which is why if CLE wants Cooks they need to add a high pick in the package with Gordon.

At last of what Andy? You’re not being clear.

Oh I wouldn’t doubt that he could end up relapsing again. Unfortunately that often can happen with addicts.

But we simply don’t know what progress he made in rehab. He had never been in rehab before that, and his reason why he had to enter is irrelevant now. What’s relevant is what state of mind he’s at right now. Did the rehab work or not? So far, he hasn’t failed any known tests, so all we can really say at this point in time is that it worked.

The guy obviously had an addiction problem. We get that. I’m just not sure why you’re so set against him to the point where you deny his talent, and don’t even want to pay the guy the bare minimum. He’s 27, and a great low risk option for them.

And I do not think they’ll do that for a guy on the last year of his contract.

Agree on a side not Rams are supposedly in discussion for Beckham.
Makes alot of sense and could also result in a train wreck.
I love the idea of Cooks for Gordon and a second or third.

Of course the Rams would have interest lol

At LEAST a few

Which has a major impact on his value

Pretty sure he has been to rehab multiple times. Mandated by nfl I believe.

You are mixing up your straw man arguments.
I am taking about his trade value. It is virtually non existent because of his history, likelihood or relapse and consequence of getting caught yet again in terms of the length of the next suspension which could be life.

If he was a fa asking the minimum I would think about it, but would have to consider him an extra piece that could be taken away on a days notice, which makes it tough when building a roster.

I’ll make it simple. I do not think they see a need in trading away a 2nd and Gordon for Cooks, a guy who is on the last year of his deal anyway.

Obviously Cooks is much better, but I don’t think they’d just throw Gordon into the deal as an extra piece. There’s no point in them doing so.

Cooks is probably worth a 2nd at best at this point in terms of current trade value. They’re not going to throw in a guy they are paying nothing for on a no risk, high reward type of deal.

Now you’re saying that it’s pointless because you think he’ll just get suspended again. That I can understand. But you can’t deny that he’s still talented, he produced fairly well in the final games he played. Why not pay really low for a guy like that? They don’t have any use in giving him away.

For everyone saying this guys a cancer and has attitude/drama issues, that’s what they all said about Moss too. How’d that turn out?

We’re not going to get him purely cuz of the cost to acquire him and then the contract, not because of these other nonsense issues.

He is only under contract this year. Unless the acquiring team was assured he would be under a long -term contract with them I don't see the Giants getting several high picks for him.
And I don’t see them trading him unless he gets them something good. Better off letting him walk for a comp pick otherwise. They still want to appease Eli and that fanbase.

Yeesh -- 156 posts. Leave it to an insane diva WR to get this board all aflutter.

The Rams could trade for OBJ too! They could make a 2018-2019 team with All-Pros at every position! They even have 10+ mill in cap left!

And then watch half their team go away...

But let's be honest, it would be amazing to watch a team that collected all that big-name talent.

They said it about Haynesworth, too. How'd that work out?
