Yes, they said on the radio that he was at practice with gloves on and that the media portion ended before the QBs started throwing, but just the fact that he was there (gloves or not - he may be trying out whether he can play with them if he needs to) makes me feel better. He also was still scheduled to meet with the media this afternoon. Fingers crossed (no pun intended).

Let's see, multiple reports say a player hurt his hand in practice; the player is then listed on the injury report as having hurt his hand. I'm going to break out the crystal ball and tea leaves and try to divine what's going on...ok, I'm getting a reading: he hurt his hand.

We have zero idea how much he practiced. The media only got to see the stretching and jogging parts. For all we know he left the field as soon as the media left. And even that little bit of practice qualifies him to be listed as "Limited".
