Game Day Thread Jags @ Steelers Game Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Yo, Marrone.. you are up 14 points.. keep the ball out of the hands of Bortles..
Can’t settle for 14. Gonna need more points to win.

Bortles is playing well. 20 points wins this game for the Jags.
Yeah, I said if they can score on this drive, then I'd probably be willing to call it a done deal. Their D is just too strong.

Is Bortles as “garbage” as they say or do his receivers drop this many balls on the regular ? I’ve not watched much Jax, but it looks like they are letting him down on several occasions.

He is extremely inconsistent where he is 80% garbage and then has those plays where he actually does fine.

Another score here would be absolutely awesome

The Jags aren't a team you need to make it all up at once against. They probably aren't putting up 28 offensive points.

Get 3 here and there and then get 7 and they could have still won.

Right now I give Pitt less than 10 percent to win.

Brady has played great defenses before. I do think our defense would have to create some turnovers.

Christ this D is no joke.

We will have our hands full and then some
This defense is young - they have not seen enough to be truly great. Brady’s experience will be key.

Gotta Take the points there it's the first quarter playing like 5 mins left

Hindsight yeah but 4th and inches, I can’t fault them for going, just hate that playcall. Way too big a chance to lose yards on a pitch especially into the majority of the defense. Qb sneak, fb trap, inside handoff to bell all better options

That 4th down play was one of the funniest things I've seen in a while....

Makes me wonder why they're running to the outside so much. That might work against the Pats this season, but not against this D.

Their defense's legit. It could be a low scoring game:

Marrone ordered the code red and tried to injure Bortles by ordering some designed runs to ensure Blake doesnt throw the game.
