Bruins 2017-2018 regular season

I hope not. I don't want the stench of the Ruins to rub off on them.
Playing better with a million games in hand.

When Wayne Cashman retired from the Bruins after the 1983 playoffs, he was the last active player from the NHL's Original Six era

Even DeBrusk is scoring a goal or two fairly consistently…but how sweet would it be to have both Barzal & Kyle Connor up front here? DeBrusk might still have been available with the pick used for Carlo, who isn't going to make anybody forget about Doug Hamilton or Johnny Boychuk any time soon.

don't look now. but the Bruins are playing some good hockey. nice, come back tonight against the redwings to steal 2 points. they have got some players back from injury. and they now have a nice mix of vets and young players on the roster.

I'm wondering if this team needs something to put them over the top; a Butch Goring-type of addition in February for example.

Someone - like a veteran - to light a spark under them, get 'em focused.

they still cant beat the caps.

Grzelcyk is worse. He was directly responsible for both of the Capitol's even-strength goals. He is just plain too damn small to be an NHL-calibre Defenceman.

at least they played well and got a point. krug is a turn over machine. hes killing the team. notice they didnt play him in the over time? doghouse.
I hope we can avoid more crucial injuries in '18. I still think we have the goaltending to have a shot at the Cup.

anybody watching the game right now? patrice Bergeron 4 goals. the Bruins are playing great hockey.

I'm still not much of a fan of the other 3 lines, but Marchand - Bergeron - Pasternak is one of the very best in the league right now.
They still need a RW for Krejci, and a LD to replace the weak midget Grzelcyk.
According to Bob McKenzie, the FO will not part with high-round draft picks
for rentals, unlike in seasons past. About damn time.

I don't know what you are watching. grzelcyk is playing well. and so are the other three lines. all four lines are contributing to the current points streak.

Punk-ass move by Marchand. I thought he was beyond that crap. I obviously thought wrong. He's getting a multiple-game suspension, again.

5 games. If the Bs lose ANY of them, then ALL of the blame should be placed directly in front of Marchand's empty locker.
