But I loathe Tomlin.

That low life freak! I’ve been sitting here trying to think of a worse coach. Only pagano comes to mind. However, I dislike Tomlin more because of his rants about pats cheating and his ass hole comments, lack of respect not just for the pats but self respect. His syntax is worse than mine is and rarely can I tell what point he’s trying to make. I know things get said in locker rooms but that tape showed what he really thinks. He doesn’t think that the pats are a great team, he thinks were cheating, no good ass holes. We’re so bad that we boobie trapped his head set and it bothered him so bad he missed several trips on the side line
After the game, I didn’t hear him just say hey, they are a great team and they got us. Or we messed up or give any credit and now all week he’s cried about the catch rule that he was in on making.... so it’s odd that his own team doesn’t understand basic football rules... I run c.n.c lathes and mills for a living. I’m expected to know everything about the operation of the machines, the programming language, the controls and the way to set tooling. Mistakes are dire catastrophes as one blank round of brass or hasteloy bar stock is 7-15k per 12 foot by 1” diameter. Now, here’s a bunch of guys making millions who don’t understand basic concepts of their craft then act all shocked. I don’t respect that as even for a five figure salery , you’d be fired with no excuses even listened to. I can just see telling my foreman, hey boss I crashed the x axis on the citizen, didn’t know the cutting insert had to be set at a 14 degree angle. Other than pick up your check, I’m not sure what he would say

I think they blew an AFCCG at home to Denver in ‘98, as well. 1997 season, but the game was in Jan.’98.

Must suck to have lost 4/5 past AFCCG appearances at home, including 3 in 7 years (98-05).

First of all, the headline of this thread is wrong: they weren't being "salty," they were being f*cking assholes. Secondly, whoever is the season ticket holder should have his tickets revoked regardless of whether he committed the act or someone he sold the tickets to did it. That's the policy in Gillette, and that's why you never see things like this happen in Foxboro. Security cameras are everywhere.

that attitude is why i have the Steelers losing in Houston this weekend...tomlin started the whole thing by talking about last Sunday's game three weeks ago...

They might well be in for a letdown game. Last week was their regular season Super Bowl and they threw everything but the kitchen sink at the Pats in that game. I wouldn't bet money on it, though. Houston's defense sucks.

OK...that's a close second, but I'd still rather beat them in the SB...and none of this close game ****...a real beat-down like a Throwback Super Bowl, where the game is over in the middle of the third quarter...oops, people thought they had one of those last year...

...but, seriously, I'd like BB/TB VI to be a blowout of epic proportions with fans prostrating themselves on the field after the game, bowing down in worship of the greatest HC and QB ever...maybe even sacrifice a couple of virgins in the end zone...an epic moment in the history of sports.
